Hi guys. I have brand new in bags metal versions of Sebastian, Flesh Construct and Nurses for sale. After £3 each for the Nurses and £5 each for Sebastian and the Flesh Construct including UK postage.

He's only 8SS with the upgrade and can pretty easily get you a card and a SS every turn. Nico makes Mindless Zombies for fun and you can also use it on any models that are almost dead. Plus it's very easy to cast (4 of anything). On top of that you've got an anti - projectile Aura, an Ok-ish attack (if you got late in the turn) and if there's any poison about (RN or Shikome for example) then he amplifies the damage. Plus he can summon too.

The only must have with Nico for me is Mortimer and other people have got mileage without him. I do like running Seb because he can kill Mindless Zombies for easy SS and cards. I'd never hire a Hanged and would be very unlikely to take Hannah either. If you want some damage then you want to be making Izamu or a RN Fast and preferably keeping them within Nico's Aura to get (+) to their Ml attack so that you can offset some of the card loss from summoning. Have you tried playing him as a support Master rather than just a summoner? A lot of people see his summoning card and assume that's all he does but he can be so much more.

It can't. It ignores armour because it specifically states so. Glad you're enjoying the good doctor though, he is fun!

Unfortunately it seems Wyrd's will to listen has diminished over recent times. Can only hope they change their mind on this one.

You are correct. Charging generates two attacks which must both be taken against the same target. If you kill the target with your first attack then your second attack is wasted.

That is the point of this thread I believe. Wyrd have already said in the official Print on Demand thread that they are not making them available. I'm with the OP, it's quite frankly ridiculous that you can't buy the Wave 3 cards when it would be incredibly simple to make them available. Same with the upgrades that I understand are not available. The Wave 3 models are all GG legal with suitable proxies yet you can't get a proper card printed for them even though these cards exist in no form at all.

Agree 100% with this. I've played 30+ games with Nicodem and have taken Mortimer in the vast majority of those because two corpse markers a turn is just too good early game when you're focusing on summoning IMHO. I would value Nurses over Belles too because you can summon the latter.

I'd day there's no such thing as a typical list but Mortimer is almost an auto - take (if I run a non - summoning Nico I might not take him and take Corpse Bloat on a beater instead as you don't need as many corpses), I usually take his Shovel too for some utility. Necrotic King is a waste of 2SS in my opinion as Nico is normally too far back for it to really have an effect and wants to be concentrating on summoning and/or support. Otherwise things he can't summon are a priority so Chiaki/Izamu/Nurse are all good shouts though Chiaki could be dropped depending on whether you expect to face conditions. I rarely use the vulture but that's personal preference, other people get good mileage out it. I have had fun with the GS making Izamu Armour +4 (make sure anything that ignores armour is a priority to kill or it'll ruin your day!). But if there's any schemes/strats that reward killing Peons then leave them both at home.

A word of caution - McMourning isn't that squishy unless you time your attacks correctly. Although he's only Df/Wp 5 he has 14 wounds and can heal 5 of those back a turn with Ml attacks. If there's a Nurse floating around then he can be Paralysed and Full Healed too (sure it means he potentially wastes an activation but if he's alive it's worth it). McMourning will absolutely butcher a Rail Golem too because it's low Defence, he ignores it's armour and poison also ignores armour. Nurses can also shut down Rail Golem's pretty effectively too. Having said this if you get the Golem or Howard into McMourning after he's activated (so he can't heal) then you will give him a whopping. If you want to target Resser Masters in particular then Seize the Day is useful so you can attack them late turn then try to win initiative and attack them again at the beginning of the next turn to limit their ability to either get away from trouble or heal. Other general hints are if you're struggling with summoning then put pressure on their hands by targeting key models early so that the high cards needed for summoning are used for Defence instead. Anything with in-built (+) to damage or with high low damage will help negate HtW. Similarly anything that Blasts will also get around HtW.

As Maria says though this may still mean that some members of the team don't contribute. I'm sure I speak for everybody in Team Scum when I say that we'd like all our players to have their results included in some way (except Dominic Westerland maybe, that guy's a douchebag!).

One thing that I noted from the team scores is that it's ordered by total points rather than by average. This would naturally benefit those teams with a lot of players (and I say this as a member of Team Scum and there's loads of us!) so would it not be better to do it by average? Going to whinge at Alex to get the Here Be Dragons 2 scores to you again because I successfully defended my title at that one!

Has the increased capacity meant that people haven't been so worried about missing out on a ticket so didn't jump on them immediately? I understand that tickets sold out super quick last year but how many people then sold their tickets on afterwards?

Shikome are pretty expensive as hires and I'd say too expensive. As hires though they're great.
