That sculpt is a classic from the metals line, and unfortunately plastic models just cannot duplicate good fur textures like metals can. It is a downside of the metal molds that plastics are made in- they allow for zero undercuts and fur textures are loaded with undercuts. Why bother unless you already have a couple of the metal Teddies? For no extra work you can get the great metal one that is already properly furry. The only one I thoroughly liked and needed to have was the creepy tall Nightmare version. NE LCB and teddy were the only LE versions I felt were must-have improvements. Classic Teddy is short (by current standards), flat and mono-pose, being one of the few big metal sculpts that game in one piece. But he somehow has a personality all of his own, and that was a big part of his appeal for me. He was the second Malifaux model I bought, right after the Pandora Starter. Nightmare Teddy felt a bit lanky at first, but it didn't take long for him to grow on me. I love the fur texture, the massive claws and the choice of faces, plus he towers over almost every other model in the game. But most importantly, the little fat kid is awesome. This one looks more like "boo i'm scary" while the old one has plunged deep into madness. Something like that. Don't now if it makes sense to any one else, but the old one is my favourite i really want to see this model in the plastic though, and from more angles.
