Incorporeal, armored Aionus with Warding runes (with Sandeep) should be fun. The incorporeal action is a bit clunky though. It being until the models next activation is strong, but it means if you make it incorporeal and then have the model go it goes away immediately. ^^

Mei Feng with vent steam, preferably x2 is another alternative if you know it coming. Neverborn attack with a lot of ca attacks. If you're facing ressers you also have access to anti resser Kang.

Yeah Arcane Reservoir is better than field generator. Way better. Ramos needs the tomes. I think Under pressure is overkill in that list. Rail worker can already get positives, so youre not gonna get 2ss worth out of that thing. Reservoir is the only auto include on Ramos imo. Johan with energies is nice because better threat range.

Ramos likes soulstones for summoning. You're a bit light on those. I'd ditch his upgrades and get Arcane Reservoir. That gives you more resources for summoning. Not sure the 4ss aura upgrades are worth it in such a small game. I would also try to get imbued energies on Howard.

Myranda and Carlos are such good models!

Just bring strong models like Carlos, Myranda, Langston,Mech rider in some combination thar fits the mission and it'll be good. He doesnt have to play mages.
