koronuslight
As much as I love the sculpt of the rabbit, I am still wondering where my Wave 3 models are...
jonahmaul
And the rest of the Wave 2 models that are yet to be released ...
Popular Post Nathan Caroland
True, but they are all in tooling, so you can't bellyache about that much longer.
Lucidicide
The Wave 2 and Wave 3 models are being worked on.
Rob Lo
Aaron, if you could just slip that in Nathan's forum signature, that'd be great, because... every. damn.. time... Cool minis, by the way.. loving Izamu!
koronuslight
Just now, Nathan Caroland said: True, but they are all in tooling, so you can't bellyache about that much longer. I could, but it wouldn't do any good in the long run.

You are maybe being overly optimistic about how much bellyaching we can do and how many different things we can muster the energy to bellyache about, Mr Caroland.
Popular Post Nathan Caroland
Eh, to be honest I understand to gripe, complaint or just plain excitement about having models come out and then seeing something completely not related show up. It can be annoying as hell to someone that is waiting for XYZ and then comes along some jackass with a rabbit ... yup ... Production has been .. fun. That being said, a lot of kinks got worked out this last year plus and with a bit of reorganization and work, things are on a pretty heavy track to having everything released PDQ. Of course that brings other problems along with it, but we're working on that as well. Now granted, something may pop up, hell, I'll go ahead and hedge my bets that something will pop up, but we're doing what we can where we can and I think ultimately we're doing a decent job overall. And of course you can reference that quoted post above to get some additional thoughts on it. :)
jonahmaul
To be fair being worked on means sod all given the numerous release date issues that Wyrd have with their models anyway! It's like when my students say they are 'working on' their coursework.
Popular Post Nathan Caroland
Hah, nooo, not underestimating that at all. I've given stuff away for free before and have been bitched out over it. I have no expectations any longer! As for the release schedule, you're right, but yet we still put out a fair amount of product every month and have been working on other projects in the mean time and it's a rather large task overall. Not saying we can't do better, but I'm certainly saying we have done loads better this last year. We'll see what this year brings.
koronuslight
It's the eternal issue of "if we aren't told something, it doesn't exist" - I don't need to know the status of every model in production, but I am waiting on models for four different factions. Maybe next Monday Preview just drop an additional hint?

Rathnard
As someone who likes their models utterly ridiculous, I deeply approve of these sculpts. I look forward to using them in my 10-T and Marcus crews.
Astrella
Those are some really beautiful and characteristic sculpts.
zeeblee
Did anyone else notice that these two [awesome] models effectively have the exact same pose?
Trample
I love the turtle! I'm not sure if I actually like him more than Izamu, but he's fantastic. The rabbit is well done also. I don't know how well he'd fit in as a blessed of December, but the alternative teddy idea is a great one.
Van-Vought
Amazing sculpts, can t wait to deploy turtlezamu with my 10t
Kobayashi
... and here I am happy that I'm currently saving up some money for the easter sale. As someone who collects Arcanists AND 10T next to my Gremlins. Sure I'm missing out on the Warrabbit, but the Rooster Riders are silly as is... Since I enjoyed the Carver encounter these are cool, having them as Izamu the Armor and Blessed of December these are nice! Guess I start Ressers and Yan lo now... >.>
JayseN
YAY! A plastic Blessed of December that doens't look like its trying to do really uncomfortable push ups!
Zool
Oh man, I am loving that Tortoise sculpt !
Dirial
I dig the rabbit, although it looks more like a Neverborn than a Beast. The tortoise, though, is just ridiculous, and not in a good Gremlin kind of way. It's a good sculpt, don't get me wrong... but I like Malifaux as a dark humour/horror game. Not a children cartoon. I'm also baffled by the amount of LE minis Wyrd have in their production line while the regular models are nowhere to be seen. I guess those special sales with the LE minis encouraging big spenders are very successful still. Still, Wave 4 testing is in the pipeline while there is 1 box of Wave 3 and still Wave 2 stuff missing.... and all the while, alternative sculpts are being released for stuff we already have. Baffling.
