I've had quite a lot of joy with the following crew with Molly Molly, Necrotic Machine, Archie, sloth, rouge necro, Sebastian and 2 Crooligans (can be switched to night terrors if needed) you have 2 beat sticks in Archie and the necro, archie who gains even more healing from sloth without the downside of slow, and the rouge necro who has seb to heal him with Perverse Metabolism/Blood Poisoning. Molly the dose what ever she needs between handing out focus and the like, while the crooligans scheam run. also molly can remove any markers not just scheam, scrap and corpse, so Ice pillers, traps, pyre markers, hungry land..... all get ate by molly
  2. yes you can target yourself and can make your self focus, its often better to do this rather than discarding to make yourself focus if within 6 of sandeep if you have a 6 in hand
  3. Is it worth taking 2 metal gamin over the golem and summon the 3rd needed for our powers combine for activation control

  6. all my seamus lists are pritty much seamus with wisper (making sure you have the best possible attack run) asura with wisper, bete and then the carrion emmy (i might run effigy+upgreade if vendetta is in the pool) then just add stuff from depending if you want extra killy from archie/grave golem, extra scheamy in mourners, healing/condition removal in bone piles etc

  8. Everyone I've played and myself have played it as multiple different auras. Auras need to have different names to stack and the bold bit which includes the brackets is the name
  9. The only sad thing about putting GST on Jack is you then can't have 2 hanged with it I also like him with wisper

  11. there is a lot of discard and execute in tormented. bring a couple of guilty to drain hands and then jack and montresser can go to town also its all upgrades, not just the ones Jack hands out

Colette is essentially a big distraction, save for her unburying and handing out mass distracted and moving her models around, colette does very very little. i'd say the easyist thing to do is to just ignore her, unless you have very very specific tools to go after her after all she has no triggers on her movement, so attacks like Noose or "Up We Go!" get round her defensive tricks, as does any attacks that stop defensive triggers. alternatively just blast/shockwave/pulse her to death, she only gets triggers off attacks that target her, not for someone blowing something up next to her or splashing damage off her friends
  13. yes... realy bad vs freikorps, wong and raspy guess you just being sammuri, fuhatsu and a dawn serpent who are all super bill isn't bad in keyword even without distracted
  14. As for tactics mei is manuvabilty enough to do a wide variety scheams and pritty much all the statergies. Essentially any scheam that wants you to get somewhere (breakthrough, deliver a message, harness layline, power ritual or outflank) mei and her crew can do
  15. That's probably a really good shout for a starting point. The only other thing worth picking up if you don't have one is a fate deck
  16. With low df and wp generally you can plaster conditions all over the place and the Medi bot can only get to so many places. Also the showgirl thing was posted after my post. How am I to guess the op wanted to play showgirls from the opening post I was responding to. I also think showgirls are the least "brutal" crew if your going for killing power. A lot of the crew survive using tricks not hitting power or tankyness
  17. I'd stay away from purchasing ironsides for the moment as her crew box is going to completely change come the new edition. Yes she is a great model but I'd hold off until the new box arives. Essentially she is the factions premier beatstick/tank able to heal and smack around other models. Where her crew struggles is Vs shockwaves and or blasts. If your wanting to buy a beaty crew I'd suggest starting with Hoffman or mei Feng to begin with unless your willing to wait for ironsides new box. Hoffman is more of a support master who buffs up his robots to let them good off and beat face. The entire crew has armour 1-2 pritty much so are quite tanky although fairly slow outside of hunters and vunrable to conditins On the other side of things mei Feng is assassin/cruise missile. Able to do some crazy dammage to vunrable back line models of you can get some scrap near them. Her crew isn't as tanky as Hoffman but she is happyer in the fight and can fairly easily have the majority of her crew in combat turn 1
  18. they can work with meifeng as she generates a lot of scrap that the spiders can use to heal from i guess you could always use joss as the leader?
  19. i have a friend who is constantly mocking me playing ironsides (cheating ironsides as she's know) after an unfortunate incident where iron sides killed a Freikorps librarian with good shot my turn in 2nd ed

  21. Toss isn't a melee attack so you can't charge and use it
  22. The point to make though is the golem never has a start of activation first time round. The gamin activates and you combine it. The golem then carries on the activation having started an activation
  23. do you have a quote to back up this..... i cant see anything that states the gamin and the golem are the same model in the rules
  24. So the golem creation happens and the upgrade reattached giving it slow. The golem then carries on the rest of the gamins activation so doesn't have a start of activation. At least that's my reading of it.
