  1. I bow my head down to your Gremlin Shack. It captures Malifaux in its full glory. Perdita/outhouse/hanging tree looks great as well. I'm sorry I got into this game so late on and your terrains give me newfound interest in the game. Those two look a bit like they are in a nighttime enviroment. Your terrains look like real creatures had life in them (or crap, in some cases ). You sir are an artist, not just a designer. I think I'll be buying some BlackWaterGulch buildings when I start building desert/railways/"Once Upon Time in The West" styled terrain later this year after I finish my college duties. I'm sorry I didn't do more terrains in my life, this looks like real fun. I remember cutting all those pancakes for Warhammer 40K all those years ago. That was a dull work (even if I did throw in some stupid details, those haven't made any difference).
  2. Hvala, samo što mi ne da da kliknem Join :/

  3. Hay zKoTTe! I really love your depraved take on the Neverborn (and other horror themed crews). As everyone has said already, really great creative ideas. Most of your terrains look awesome and I'd love to play on something like that (maybe I'll steal some ideas).
  4. Great painting, bases and conversions all around. I especially like your Zoraida crew. Glossy look looks good on Silurids and I think I'll do it on my silurids when I finish them. Also, I love the scratch built stiched together. Little green bottles ... just WOW, what a great effect on those. I'm building one for myself from scratch and another one will be a heavily converted Mid Nor Dwarf from confrontation... I wish I bought stiched minis now... yours look so much much beter than the product painting. Oh ... I remember the other reason I haven't bought them - those look too gory because of the hanging entrails (and that's not the way I roll).
  5. Great looking base and a nice coffin. The rat reminds me of one I've painted on one of the square bases for a planescape character from dungeons & dragons long ago. Just that this rat is huuuge 0_o I haven't painted furry minis for a long time, so I also have a question > how do you higlight hair and fur properly? How come that a rat is in a gremlin crew? I know that they are outcasts, but is there any sinergy between rats and gremlins(except that I would say they are both vermin )?
  6. Great work on the girl... very disturbing mini indeed. Archers look very dynamic, your scarves improve upon the original. Have fun painting them.
  7. Great conversions and interesting painting dude! Really looking forward to see how they will come up in the end.
  8. Hey, good painting all around Thundernuts! Love your Modron (quadrone to be exact). This is the first Planscapelike conversion that I've ever seen (I once did a cranium rat, but that doesn't compare to this).
  9. Cool glow in the dark swirlies :radioactive: (your painting is also awesome, but everyone else already said that*grin*). I'm getting Rasputina when I perfect my painting. This is the first Snow that I like, because she somehow stands out apart from the big guy spirit that stands over her (Maybe it's just the highlight on her boobs). Really cool mini and you did a great justice painting it (not turning a blind eye). BLEH, I'm soooo cheesy when giving compliments. :Rat_HeartRed:
  10. Shadowpal, good luck with that. That's a lot of miniatures :Robot1: I work really bad with deadlines on the other hand. I had two weeks time to base and paint Ophelias box + 2 Young Lacroix for the tournament and I've spent most of the time on converting them and building bases and managed to finish only Ophelia and Francois... :-\ I work much better when I don't have something like a deadline hanging over my head. I love to paint for myself, but as Evilbleachman said I want to play with them painted. I play minimally just to decide which miniatures deserve to get the first paintjobs (those are the ones that I will use the most). After I finish Ophelias crew, I'll start on Zoraidas and after her on Marcuses crew. The problem is I want to scratchbuild and do some heavy conversions for some of the core models for those two crews, so I've set Ophelias crew as the first one as one with the least number of conversions (but with some freehand effects :Paralyzed_Puppet:)... How did you do that? I've got a minor finger injury (although a deep cut) from building Ophelias base, which is supposed to be some sort of a wooden pier which is supposed to have a resin/water effect under it. I cut my self while cutting a piece of wood with a scalpel, drawing the scalpel towards my fist instead of anterior to it.
  11. Looking forward to playing against you tomorrow. *grin* They look awesomely powerful. I hope I'll mange to finish mine in time. PS How come granny's got a bigger base than the rest of the japs?
  12. Fox thingy looks awesome (though mini idea is probably based on Naruto :ninja:) Mini, gel and the painting on mini are awesome, only one thing that it needs to be ultra-level awesome is an awesome base
  13. Mako, your work (as in life's work ) is awesome and it gives me a great motivation with my sculpting/painting. I love Graves and Lady Green Justice for the most part and I see now that Cassandra miniature has potential.
  14. Howdy! McMold at your service. I was paroozing the countryside for a new interesting tabletop game after quitting my last gaming endeavor. I used to play Confrontation couple of years before (I actually started miniature gaming with BloodBowl), but my gaming community fell upon itself as it often happens and I got left with a ton of minis and no one to play with. All those metal people were too beautiful to just sell them off, so I used most of my minis for playing roleplaying games. That wasn't big enough of a motivation for me to finish painting what was left unpainted. Anyway one of the people from another gaming community introduced me to Malifaux and I instantly loved its background story, western feeling and the fact that you play game with Poker cards. I started with Zoraida, Marcus and Ophelia. I actually played my first game with Victorias, but I won't develop that crew too much at the moment (I'd like to convert Viks and their minions with a strong multiculti-Earthside theme). Presently I'm painting Ophelias gang for one of the competitions and it's going a bit too slow for my linking. Partly because of my rustyness, partly because of my college duties. I'm more of a sculptor than painter, but painting is my new favourite endeavor. There are at least four more crew/master combinations that I want to try out in the future. And of course I'm loving the idea for the upcoming RPG. I just hope the game dosn't get all fudged up with a morality system or something like that... Another of my friends who plays Malifaux told me what to look for on these here forums, so I'll get to that presently...
