  1. hahaha! I was looking up pics of Izamu and lo I see Guzojec?! Wha-what playing malifaux now?! Hot damn! My favourite ogre army maker is in the wyrd world too! Everything is looking great. The freikorps are off the hook awesome.
  2. Underdog....You think that dog is sexy? PFFT! Check out these bitches! Laid back, got my mind on my money and my money on my mind..........aint nothin but bitches and hoes.
  3. Viruk, you sound so depressed. Your minis are awesome. They look great. Why the long face? Is the rain getting you down?
  4. Thanks Bacms. The shield is supposed to be a caricature of the screwballs face. I painted it and his dome the same. Ryle the guild lion. Possessed by Scar from the lion king.
  5. BAM! Quick Update! Two more Guildees down! Now Lucius has someone to boss around. Tons more pics can be found HErE Thanks FoeRender! See all y'all at Templecon!
  6. I think you just need some good ole fashioned contrast. Stripes, like what you did with Seamus, where the stripes touch the base material, put a dark stripe there on either side. I would do that on his shirt and pants. Next, wash this b. Where the apron touches the other clothes, you need to add some delvan mud or black or a bluish black on there to make it pop out from his pantaloons and shirt. If you concerned about his hair, try add in some yellow/brown scuz to his hair to give him that yellow-grey old smoker hair guy that you see at donut world. Also, a couple washes on his hair and mixxing in a little fleshtone into the hair color to give it depth. I think McMO looks awesome. I think you just gotta finish the model instead of doing the mid-model doubting boogie. Color choices are pretty awesome and I'm glad your breaking out from the family quilt scheme Sebby...well, I think I agree with you on taking on something that's going to be a boner to pull off. The green color looks awesome though. Put some paint on his hair and gloves and report back to us. I don't think he looks bad, I just think you gotta get him further along. Plus once you finish the patter on the gown it will look more appro-ppro. ---------- Post added at 03:04 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:18 PM ---------- Oh one other thing before I see you later.... Exxagerate the crap out of the teeth on those sawblades on the pajamas. Make it so any brotha from anotha motha that sees them will be like "oh ****e yo! Sawblade pajamas! Mahfah gonna cut some body!" Side note: I'll probably have to retract all my critiques when I see them in the flesh.
  7. Thanks Viruk. The stalker came out sweet, but Lucius is a little sloppy. However, I think its just my photoshop-fu to reduce brightness that made the colors on him look really good. I do like his mask a lot, but you can barely see it. *Sigh* Thanks all the same though!
  8. Charlie Brown San! Totally meant to remind you of Charlie Brown. In my last game, Charlie Brown did the killing wound to a Steamborg executioner with a big book slap to the face! Pretty epic for a guy down on his luck! Really late, but not never... Colors are a little washed out because of the intense sun that graced us this weekend. The models came out ok. Not as happy as I could be with Luscious Lucius. What!?! The stalker looks pimp in real life. As always...more pics via the link in my sig
  9. Damn Viruk?! Did you read my mind about Lucius and the Ortega's? How did you know my plan? Was that you in a dark gray hoody looking in my window yesterday? Yes to Gryffindor, but there is some unprecedented pizazz.
  10. Correct WBJ! scratch made with brown stuff. However, I cant claim credit for the idea. In teh Wyrd Chronicles the original Judge art showed him with a hat on. I thought he looked cooler with it despite Wyrds reasoning for removing it.
  11. Great stuff in here Viruk! Your dreamer crew looks especially great. What are the neverborn bases made from, in particular that cool stone pattern?
  12. @Viruk, Witchling stalkers are one of my favorite models in this game too! I almost went Sonnia box as my first but I didnt like Sonnia's or Samael's models. I'll try to put the brush down to take some pics of the 2nd stalker. The first one is named Ravenclaw. Next one is Gryffindor. Can you guess what colors he may be? Yes Haggis!!!! The lure of the guild babes has drawn in another one!!! HAHAHA! Thank you for the kind words. Linus, is there a place I can see this Cranium rat? Sounds perfect for Hamelin! Seeing as how your a cutter when it comes to Sigil, what are your thoughts for the gaurdian, warden, and peacekeeper? Pentadrone seems to fit all of them but I dont want to have too many of the same. Plus the peacekeeper should be a hulking SOB. Curious what your thoughts are. I've been wanting to make some more modrons, but I lack inspiration. Oh and a spoiler image of the current paint me candidate of the month: Im just finishing up his nmmmmm which is a frakkin mofo time consumer but all the single ladies like it.
  13. Thanks Bacms. Glad I can help on the inspiration front. Worked up this scrub. I kinda rushed his clothes so I'm not too in love with the outcome. I opted for using one of the wyrd base inserts of the wild wild west variety. Overall cool aethetic, but more crap to paint. I have another one of these ding dongs nearly done. I'll try to wrap it up and get it on here.
  14. Thanks all. True story about highlighting white, but I started with off white, shaded and brough parts of it back to white. Its just a subtle process. I do agree that the ribbon could use another highlight too. Noticed that the other game night. I highly recommend looking up cherry blossoms tattoos on google. Some great examples to draw "inspiration" from
