Ml5 without the trigger built in is far from easy. To be fair i completely missed that trigger.

Spread out. Warding runes could help. If he doesnt have gracie to move him around engage him with a blessed of december. Dont hit him he doesnt have a good way of getting away.

Managed a 10-8 win vs nico today in interference. Took kaeris with grab and drop and arcane resevoir. Malifaux child 2x hoarcats Arcane effigy 2xfire gamin December acolyte Mech rider Malifaux raptor. We were playing with the new schemes for the first time and i took convict labour and occupy their turf. Some good stuff got done hoarcats are great for their cost with weak damage of 3. The raptor managed to get off its mask trigger vs a necropunk start of turn 2 letting me discard the top 3 cards of my opponents deck, they came out red joker, 10crows and 12 of something else I was very happy with that! Mech rider pretty much completed occupy by itself and burning wings set up convict labour from turn 1. My opponent missed strat points turn 2 and turn 5 when the rider moved and summoned in my the corner nico was occupying.

Took Kaeris with purifying fire last night in guard the stash. Also took Joss, Howard Langston and the rail golem. backed up with eternal flame and a december acolyte who was my frame for murder target.. Kaeris and flame kept Joss and Hank healed whilst Joss tanked Lynch and Hank and the rail golem got murdering. Only Model I lost was the acolyte and I didnt even pop imbued from the golem or Hank.

I got fan the hammer on my gunsmith so could get 4 shots off per turn with him! Willie with +1sh is great as his ignore cover and LOS becomes sh5

Or just get the +to sh attacks I think there is one in there.

You would have to pay 2 scrip for it as 0 cost upgrades are 2 scrip to buy.

I generally took skill upgrades for my campaign upgrades as they dont count towards the conventional limit.

Campaigns generally start with 35ss worth of hires so you could get a december acolyte in anyway. Could go with Snow storm. Sub Zero Silent one December Acolyte Ice Gamin Ice Gamin 2 scrip left over for starting week.

Nekima with aether connection can be horrible. Tot for schemes. Two young nephilim and a primordial gives a starting cost of 32 so you can save the max 3scrip for your first purchases after game 1. Also gives room to purchase ss when hiring your crew. I went m&su the captain with patrons blessing, johanna, gunsmith and willie. Went undefeated from start to finish.

Ah gutted feel bad now as it ended up doing severe damage to his lazarus. Don't think it affected the outcome but certainly could've made the final score closer.

Anyone charged Marcus and just passed off attacks to something he's already made into a beast with his df trigger? Good way around the df trigger!

Lucius, anb Lynch and Mei Feng question

Mr Graves can go with all three. Currently lacking ranged damage output so i'd suggest riflemen for lucius also a doppleganger for lucius and lynch to use. Willie fits with Mei and is useful. Or a dawn serpent or samurai for Mei/Lynch. -

Yeah the cerberus is a missile I often take them outside of a marcus crew as they can get almost anywhere if you can get leap off and have imbued energies.

My last game of a tournament today I took 2 acolytes, they helped control my opponents crew with slow being handed out easily then marcus and a cerberus slaughtered the rest of his crew pretty much.

Willie also adds something beasts tend to lack in ignoring armour plus blasts. Can ignore los and cover and tends to be a target for enemy attacks.
