I always attempt to select at least 1 Scheme that will either be easily achievable in tandem with my Strategy or aid me in halting my opponent from achieving their strategy. The second Scheme tends to be rotated between a handful of my favorites, and I've been known to just skip it and go for the 2SS on occasion as well.

Added Game Parlor in Chantilly and Huzzah Hobbies in Ashburn, as well as my general whereabouts in Leesburg. =)

I say Gremlins, for no other reason then Freikorps are looking to be obscenely popular as of right now. XD Could just be my neck of the woods, but with Freikorps you'll feel like just another "Marine player" where as Goblins will be far more unique. Grab whatever catches your fancy most though, your satisfaction in your crew is far more important then simply being unique. I'm also highly considering picking up Gremlins as my second force so I'm a tad bias. =P

Just wanted to chime in and say I've been experiencing the same, the site has been painfully slow lately.

It's a play on words. Back when Malifaux was first launching I believe they got a lot of complaints about boxes with miss packs in them. Which means something was missing from the box, be it an arm, a weapon or even entire model in some cases. So as an apology of sorts they made this alternate Nurse model (she's just a normal Nurse in game) and named her Miss Pack and now they place her in random boxes. So now it's a good thing when people come on the forums and start hollering about how they got a Miss Pack! =P

The game pretty much requires that you have a computer or i-Phone/i-Pad (not sure if they support other smart phones or not) that's connected to the internet to play. You tell the software how you're moving your models and what you want them to do and then all the actual number crunching is handled for you. I thought the game sounded interesting, but I already play plenty of Video Games and I enjoy Wargaming for entirely different reasons. I have zero experience with the game and can't speak for it's credibility at all, I'm just a little turned off by the concept personally. Give me my dice/cards and a rulebook any day.

Dude, I'm diggin' the costume. =) It's dangerously close to Seamus, was that the intention? You're actually quite close to how I envisioned you, basically someone ready to rock out at any moment. =P You do modeling? o.O; If so that's quite impressive, which one are you in the pic?

This. A lot of us have been trained to think a certain way. ^^ Although I'm more of a gamer then a painter. I paint all of my stuff, but generally I just try to keep it to a decent standard so it looks good on the table, not any kind of competition worthy. So when I do venture to a forum such as this I generally tend to talk about the very thing that brought me here... the game itself. =\ But I do partake in many types of Wargames, so I'm more then open to discussion about the genre as a whole. =)

Thanks! =) It sure as hell wasn't an easy task. I actually had to get my Gallbladder removed when I was 20, the doctor told me he's been doing the procedure for almost 3 decades and I was the youngest person by far he's ever had to do it on, and that if I kept going at the rate I was I would likely shave close to 20 years off my lifespan. o.O; That was enough to scare me straight so to speak. XD And it looks like you landed yourself quite the pretty lady there, =) you two engaged now or when the pic was taken?
