graeme27uk
Why is Raspi so slow? Wk3 makes her the slowest master. I can see no reason for this to be from a fluff perspective and there would seem to be plenty of masters who would make sense being slower. Any reason? decker_cky
Because she's the ultimate in blastiness, so had to pay for it somewhere.
Fenton Crack
A mobile Raspy likely would be an OP Raspy. If you want to add mobility to her, you can bring Snow Storm, who can drag her around with December's Command.
Omenbringer
What does she need more mobility for, she can influence the field well enough via Ice Mirror's (or even better if she springs for the Shattered Heart upgrade).
graeme27uk
Not saying she needs more mobility... just curious in terms of game design vs fluff. I understand that something had to give. But when you have gamy-legged necromancers, withered geriatrics and diminutive gremlins faster, it does seem a bit strange that a young healthy human is slower... rgarbonzo
She isn't slow, just more deliberate in her movements.
graeme27uk
Must be due to wearing high heels on ice...
zFiend
Must be due to wearing high heels on ice... Hahaha, and there's your reason
Sybarite
New Raspy dosn't wear heels.
Mako
She's just so ice cold that she goes everywhere in a slow motion movie hero walk...
rancor709
its very simple Raspy Doesn't Look at Explosions
LordZombie
Figured it was because she was so cool, she is always doing the slow motion walk.
LupusFerreus
its very simple Raspy Doesn't Look at Explosions She's as Cold As Ice, willing to sacrifice.
jakiwis
Maybe if she has normal speed, she would not need the ice mirrors anymore.
LupusFerreus
Then she's just a weaker version of Sonnia. Her main spell has a lower damage track and would have no access to LoS ignore.
Dracomax
Honestly, I figured it's because she has knee thick slow everywhere she goes, making all terrain severe, effectively(her Wk would than be 6 but always get cut in half when moving, which sounds about right) Of course, then she should have unimpeded, but I guess she needs to go extra slow on uneven terrain, because she can't see the pitfalls and ankle turners... DeleteAccount
She took an arrow to the knee.
Matney X
I'll have to reread Book 1, but does she EVER move during combat? In the fluff, I mean. In M2E, I seem to remember all of her combat had her just standing there.

In M2E, I seem to remember all of her combat had her just standing there. In book 1, her fight with Lilith implies some speed (movement or defense) on Raspy's part, that most certainly doesn't get translated into rules, but we can just assume a Red Joker (or Black Joker, given the right upgrade) flip on Raspy's part and maybe an ace or other low card on Lilith's flip (combined with no cheating from the Red) to allow for this one instance. I don't think you see Raspy dodging or running around outside that one instance.
