Omenbringer
Justin hope you dont mind but... Mini Reference Cards and Combat Chart These have helped me a lot with demos and such (if you laminate them you can also use the back to write your Encounter information such as Strategy, Schemes etc.). Guild Monkee
Some tool (i.e. me) has also done some youtube videos including a rather lengthy intro to the game. It can be seen at www.youtube.com/user/SoulstoneTrain.
morella
There's a thread here to try and come up with a basic starter suggestions list(s) for each master. Any feedback appreciated, with the intent of posting a guide here. I was going to post in the different faction areas, but decided instead to ask others to spread the word in the area they frequent. Thanks Edited July 12, 2012 by morella

LucidLovecraft
thank you guys these are really helping in getting me addicted to the game, also are there any lists of places to buys accessories like custom counters and terrain. Again thanks!
Omenbringer
Custom Counters can be ordered from Litko. As for terrain there are a lot of resources available for that, a quick forum search should turn up a few of the threads that contain useful links. Of course there are always terraclips to look as well.
Boshea
Surprised I never posted here. In my signature I have links to the threads discussing the best way to approach starting each faction on a budget. Basically the macro version of Morella's thread. These are pre-ten thunder, but so far only Arcanist were changed significantly by that. Expecting some changes in Outcasts, but I need to wait for everything to get released before starting discussions again.

Far_Traveler
I made some downloadable files to assist learning and teaching players about Malifaux 2E. They include Setup, strategy, scheme and turn sheets that can be cut out and inserted in card sleeves. They are available here on my blog. Enjoy! MikePiercePhotos
Where are the rules for conversions? Or is this game highly WYSIWYG?
Hagisman
Where are the rules for conversions? Or is this game highly WYSIWYG? There are new rules on the subject in the Gaining Grounds tournament rules. I think conversions require 2/3 be wyrd. All models made by wyrd are considered WYSIWYG

Kuranes
Hi! In case anyone needs some supplement to the rulebook, I found some nice tutorials here: http://gmortschaotica.blogspot.dk/p/malifaux-tutorials-m2e.html Among them are some intrudictions to opposed duels, which are nicely covered and illustrated. Just beware some of the stuff is for 1.5 not 2E.
