I can see a Lucius "pound puppy" list being fun.

i can see them being useful with pandora, however i find them lack luster with titania. for what the rougarou do, id prefer to go with lilitu + lelu for multiple reasons such as better survivability and can pull models in from further away. yes the twins are more expensive (ss wise) but with the ability to share conditions, card drawing, healing, and more pounce attacks is hard to pass up. but i do see them working wonders with pandora. forcing multiple wp duels when you have sorrows around is rather nice. btw, i hate sorrows in a titania list as id rather have stuff that does more than just sit around hoping to ping models due to failed wp duels.

but your able to get multiple uses out of one if you summon daydreams/alps via an action on back of dreamer's card?

also aside from the pose, she does portray the usual newsie. as they were usually smaller than average due to having a poor source of food. however this isnt supported in RoF as it just says something along the line of being small, compact, slight, and narrow.

its the end of the turn and your playing nellie. nellie has the evidence condtion and drops a scheme when the condition ends at the end of a turn. if a witchling thrall is within 4" of the marker and has yet to trigger prone to frenzy for the turn, does prone to frenzy trigger or is it only able to be triggered during the normal parts of a turn?

the knights + twins is still pretty good you just really only need tooth for that and maybe thorn for the card draw and armor ignore. i recently played this combo and it worked better than i figured it would but does take the first turn to get into a good spot to utilize it. when i did this i did come across the problem of titania taking a back seat for a turn until i realized what i should have been doing. also consider using a wicked doll for its (0) action to use on the twins. having an additional to attack actions on top of lilitu's helps out alot with the pounce attacks.

i notice this exact problem alot in other miniature tournaments mainly ones ran by privateer press and games workshop. where you have a separate painting score that is based on anywhere from 10-25 different factors. if your henchmen has played/ran an event for either system in the past then i can see them implementing that. but without prior knowledge of the scoring system for the event seems like it is a rigged score for the attendees.

the friekorps elite box would be a sweet deal. wyrd should do something like that for each faction even if it turns out to be something like a hench/enforcer only box.

i see your point. but after years of 40k, i see a miniatures case as both a limit on how much to spend and how much space it takes up. if at any point my case gets full then i either have to sell some stuff or stop buying stuff. plus gaming space factors in when you have to share space with other war gamers that like to take up space in a 12'x40' room with only 2' on either side of the tables to walk down. so i like to make sure when my case is kicked stuff doesnt go flying.

going the route that was shown in the previous picture drives me nuts. reminds me of heroclixers just throwing everything into a random box without some sort of organized system. so i prefer the battlefoam malifaux cases. but i wish they had more than just one color of case. besides, having a battlefoam case does help protect you against the random flying die from 40k players as it is made of kevlar lol.

overall tooth is my go-to knight as she combo's well with lelu and lilitu due to pounce. which can net 8 extra attacks. but thorn comes in at a close second. after all who can not enjoy having poison ivy running around on board.

i agree with alot of what was said earlier. search the webstore and find things you like and go with that. just try to avoid the trap of dual factions (trap being financial) until you are comfortable with the game. then hit up the forums here and the pull my finger wiki. oh and talk to your local players as well, they can help just as much as anything. after all its the locals that make the game experience what it is.

im curious as to why the claw over the tooth? the tooth gives you that extra push for pounce and has trophy for the queen built in. if its for the range and possible to dmg then i would somewhat understand, but i prefer the extra attacks over a .

its a nice thought. however there is usually a single model that is either a must have or is nice to have in each crew box that forces players to either go second hand to get the model or to buy the crew box. i do wish they would do box sets of said models such as the watcher, but dont think it will happen. but it does seem that i think like this when i dont have the money to get said crew box. either way you have my vote.

overall i like the concept of translucent/dayglow crews, but the colors could use some work. with that being said, maybe adding translucent/dayglow to models that dont come in said form just to complete a 50ss crew other than the gen-con nightmare crews.

it seems that previous posters have leaned towards guild models for the most part, as they are pretty easy to assemble (which is true aside from mc morning). So being that i like to be different most of the time im going to have to suggest neverborn models. the dreamer/pandora box comes to mind, as does the collodi box.

so ive been trying to wrap my head around this and for some reason or another i keep hitting a wall. ive used rafkin primarily with mc morning to try and pass around a large amount of poison for a large expunge but that seems to fail more often than not, and when i dont try that he seems to either durdle or die fairly quickly. so bypassing the usual "can you help me", how has rafkin worked for others?

true, but you have to build around the rougarou to utilize the rest of its actions or just hope the fates are on your side

adding in the twins (lelu and lilitu) to her core box is pretty golden. just give them pounce and challenge away for free attacks

this is generally a good idea in reference to Fears given Form, however it can be a pain to play around if your just learning pandora as it applies to ALL models. but i would also suggest in addition to this to utilize models with manipulative. things like baby kade and doppelganger really come to mind.

you should check out the mage knight line, some of the winged models are just the right size. plus they do have some sweet looking transparent wings on a few models.

widow weaver is a great addition to pandy, just make sure you toss out your web markers to give the -1 to wp duels. also i believe this is cumulative if a model is within the aura of more than one. teddy is a good beater and should be able to deal with some of the higher wp models especially when pushed around by baby kade. maybe try tossing in another teddy or nekima. oh and dont forget about insideous madness as it can force your opponent to discard in order to cheat and its attack can reduce the wp of a model by 1 as well.

ya that sounds about right, i too find it difficult to fit him in which is why i started this. but i think what my mentality comes down to is that i spent about 40$ on a model and it "should" be used when it really isn't being used.

the best glue to use for transparent stuff is the gw plastic glue. it fuses w/o fogging. however you can use any old superglue but you have to be very, very sparing with it in addition to making sure the spots you apply the glue to have no other part of the model directly above the fumes. and since we are talking about fogging from super glue, the fogging effect works wonders as a frosting effect on your model if you apply a bunch during basing after fully painting your model.
