I think it can't. Because expert cheater's face down is for 'any friendly models', but doppleganger's ill omen make its 'Crew' may cheat initiative filp.

I recommend Insidious Madness for Dreamer / Terror tots (or Gupps) for Lynch. Dreamer - Summoning / Synergy with other Nightmare are better than Terror tots' synergy. Lynch - He can use his card tricks for tots. And He usually need cheaper scheme runner because Beckoner and Illuminated are expansive as minions.

How about Mimic's Blessing? I like to take it and/or best behavior for Bodyguard Candy.

I don't like to play pandora, so I focus other models and upgrades in your crew.... Depression I think Depression's Melancholy (Nobody Likes Me) is more useful in non-pandora crew. So I think it is a "suit booster" for Pandora's crew. Because Pandora's crew usually have enough denial and dealing powers except it, but others sometimes need it. Candy I think Candy's jobs is healing & 'additional denial'. Because her CA is low and others have better denial than her in denial themed crew. Fears given form is very good for candy. It makes Candy can deny and deal opponents by just move and engagement. So I think it is one of cheapest way to solve Candy's low Ca Problem. Teddy Retribution's Eye is good, but On dreaming Wings is good, too. Sorrow Low stats are their problems. they are fragile against Ca attack and Misery Loves Company needs "target models". So I recommend to use Insidious Madness and/or Sorrow in more games before evaluating Sorrow. For example, I think your gremlin opponents crews didn't have powerful Ca attack.

Simply, Lucius is not our best support master. But he can do things other masters can't and they can make difference. For example, Surprisingly Loyal upgrade.

I have thought a idea for old fluffs like Adran. A "future" expansion book includes for new stories and upgrades about old fluff abilities. By this way, the models don't need to fix their rules and the upgrades can add "taxes" to limit their synergy easily. I know, this must be my empty dream.

I think you must find other master for you. Lynch is very versatile master. He can do many things for many situations. But I think you can't find right things for situations. Final Debt & Damage Dealing Lynch can't massacre like Viks. because He is Support master as Carcosa Said. His main jobs are survival and support. But with some aces, Final Debt + 52 pickup combo is powerful assassinate combo. As I say "Assassinate", It must be used to kill most valuable target. If you just want to kill opponent's models, use Huggy and Illuminated and stay Lynch behind. Brilliance Brilliance is very important for Lynch Crew, because his crew's useful actions have synergy with it. So you think about how to spread / use it in a turn. I think your problem may be from that. Simply, give brilliance to models that you want to kill and kill them. Stitched In fluff, Stitched like gamble. so they get Darkened Characteristic in M2E by just fluff. (When Wave 2 started, they didn't have Darkened) So they are optional models for Lynch. Beckoner. Because she is mimic and you will use Illuminated. But this choice is up to your rest models. If you have a way to spread brilliance, or need "more" Lure, Lilitu and/or doppleganger(by mimic) is better than Beckoner. And there are my thought about Lilitu. Higher cast - Yes, so if you think Lure is more important than others, take Lilitu. Upgrade - So what do you want to use? I think upgrades for Lilitu may be good, but other models can use them better. 4 - Good but other 3 models can do like her. but better than beckoner. Devil's deal - Just use it to Illuminated.

I think Strategy / Schemes / Opponent's Faction Pool may have stronger influence than playstyle on the upgrades. So I said "Simply".

I think Arcane effigy is better than Pact + a Marionette and other 1ss upgrades like Retribution's Eye / Fears Given Form are better than Pact. Because I don't believe it. Pact never worked in my cases, so I don't use it. Addtionally, I think Breathe Life is good with any limited upgrade.

I think your tactica must be for less-played "models", not only minions. But I recommend a less-played minion for now. Mysterious Effigy.

That is 10T's matter, not ours. Because all 'Darkened' models are Neverborn, so there is no out-of-faction model. Lynch / Huggy / Illuminated / Tannen / Graves = Neverborn/10T Dual Faction Beckoner / Stitched / Depleted = Neverborn only.
