Hello everyone! Here's what's going down. I shall be running many demo days/ free play/ mini-tournament events in the next few months so I thought instead of setting up dozens of separate threads I shall simply update this thread with my next demo day/ free play/ mini-tournament Hope to see some new faces and some older ones also ---------- Post added at 10:08 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:58 PM ---------- Ok so here we go. I will be about at Midco Toymaster, down in the lovely town of Burton-Upon-Trent, on Wednesday the 20th of August during the day... So if you (or someone you know) wants to see what Malifaux is all about. I can run you through a demo game, a run down of the rules, advise on how to get started or whatever! OR. If you just want to get a few Malifaux games in ;-) or try something completely new I will be there with a variety of different crews to play with (Lady J, Lucius, Hoffman, Perdita, Sonnia, Lilith, Zorida, Pandora, Collodi, Dreamer and Chompy, Ramos, Kaeris, Marcus, Seamus, McMourning, Nicodem, Leveticus and Von schill). I will be around from about 11 till close (about 5pm), after this I shall be heading up to the Portal Wargaming club (Based at the Salvation Army) if you have the need for a later demo. Quick update for you Ladies and Gents in the form of Everyone's current favorite film Avengers Assemble So what have we here? This was a very quick and easy project which was a present and has gone down very well on facebook (and of course she instantly loved them:)) ... I simply took a HeroClix Avengers starter set and re-based them all and applied a new paint job... So without any further ado... I agree with this completely, however people miss that currently in a brawl where you have 2 masters, both with useful avatars for the strategy, and declare you only have one it does make the opponent think

The way I always deal with this is to call the store on my phone before I place an order to make sure they have the product in... saves all the hassle at least

After playing Iggy a fair amount I find for 7ss he is wicked fast with his additional free movements from his Wp trigger but only Df 6 and 6 Wounds! at 7ss he is a prime target fro kill protegee also... Yea he can Wp movement into combat, take a free shot on the way in, then pop his aura twice, maybe even move out if your lucky! He has potential to go great things on a good turn but in my last few games proved a liability (Kill protogee ad being silly fragile) I find Large Arachnids and SS miners are best for dishing out Burning Tokens... Gamin are far too fragile for 4ss and 4wds ...Large Arachnids have 7wds and Df5 and melee expert coupled with arachnid (so for 1ss you gain a decent amount of survivability... But it does come down to the truth that they are better when they die! ...SS miner especially as he can pop-up in a group of enemies (or walk twice since he is Wk5 Scout), do 2/4 attacks and then Kaeris can pop him for burning counters.

This is true, Kaeris is no M&SU member, so you can't slingshot to her, its a bit frustrating that she isnt an M&SU member during gameplay. so when you bury them they first have to go to any union miners, failing that its only Ramos, Colette, Johan, Joss, Union Miners and Hoffman of course that you can pop out next to

I guess he has his uses for sneaking up the board in strategies you need to gain ground... they do also pack a fair punch on that one tutn you need them to perform The best use I have for them now are as real fast burning token delivery systems for Kaeris

This tactic does work... the dead rider is fantastic for moving other models around the board... normal targets are Levi, Jack Daw and also Rusty Alyce (a good trigger is to use her defense trigger move her to a good rapid fire position and of course draw some extra cards for the wounds) Its just all about keeping track of wounds

There is a reason me and Simon voted for your models at the doubles... These pictures prove you deserved the prize

He will suffer the 2wds and during the closing phase the melee master and defensive stance will drop off... so use melee master as you need it buddy
