Hoyled
Just did the Trickster scenario Chaos Unleashed. I went kill heavy and my opponent went for a more schemey Neverborn loadout. My alphas took him off Convict Labor for the game, but he got to control the center till my crew finished murdering things. Turn 4 I collapsed in scoring scenario and sealing my lead. Random deployments a fun little mind game.

I was thinking I might go the Wong Way on this scenario if I play it - the randomisation shouldn't hurt his crew as much as say Brewmaster's or Som'er's (my other two Masters), and he can get killy-widdit pretty much from the get-go. Although, it strikes me that the more melee-focused models probably have the edge on this one, right? Might be starting right on top of one another's crews... Dogmantra
In my Trickster game I slightly forgot it was blind deployment. I'd been itching for a chance to play the traditional Summoning Som'er with Encouragement + Lenny, and the schemes were perfect for it. Blind deployment did put a slight damper on things. Although amusingly one of my cards was surrounded by three of my opponent's... that's where Pere Ravage went!
Four_N_Six
Lost both my games today just barely. One was as NB though, so who cares? I might be able to get a game in tomorrow to try for the kid, but it might not be until Wednesday.

Both Mancha and Burt were deployed next to soon to be dead scheme runners. Solid independent models seem to be the key here.
Four_N_Six
I did Wong in the blind deployment game and it was rough. I wasn't able to deploy Cranky near Sammy, so I was short on card cycling, and I definitely blanked out on hiring my crew, and ended up giving Glowy to Fingers. I was trying out 2 Swine-Cursed, so I definitely wasn't short on good Magical models, but didn't use them to complete effectiveness. Definitely like them, though. Gotta try them again.
Hoyled
Think Ill take an Iron Skeeter and stiltless François for the gentlemens event. Zoom up the board and companion into Francois for a super fast 2 point start. For the Kid Ill likely bring some kinda Wong list. witchlings arent terribly hard to pop with a glowy gun

For the Kid Ill likely bring some kinda Wong list. witchlings arent terribly hard to pop with a glowy gun I took Brewmaster with some Akaname, Moon Shinobi and a Banjonista for that one - had the Banjonista activate first and push everyone 2", then Sammy gave Poison to the Moon Shinobi and Akaname nearest the Wagon. The Akaname moved up and the Moon Shinobi wondered Where He'd Got That, so I was able to intercept the Wagon Turn 2 and release the man. Shuttled him back to my corner with an Akaname and hoarded all his VP for myself Rest of my crew got KIIIIILLED, though! I still won, but damn, I got decimated. Found the Akaname good (after all my misgivings) for chucking Poison onto enemies who were slightly outside Brewy's influence, and also for motivating Moon Shinobi. I was also trying a Sammy/Mancha Roja combo to see if Sammy's Jynx could put the Horror check aura into effect and paralyse models within the Drinking Contest, allowing Mancha to insta-kill them with his Piledriver trigger, but it didn't happen. I'll try it again, because I think the main failing was that Brewy got shut down and only ever had one enemy in his Wp debuff aura. And Sammy's Jynx trigger doesn't cause the model being attacked to face a Horror duel - only those around it. Hmmm... it's a lot of Stones as well, just to replace a Performer as the killing arm of a Brewmaster crew... EDIT: thx to Math, I've been corrected re: Sammy's Jynx trigger - the Horror check DOES affect the target model, so YAYYYY!!!

Something i messed up with the Performer, tho: Managed to stack 17 Poison on a Gunsmith (thanks, Trixie!), so i used the Performer to drain it for damage. Forgot about Hard To Kill. Gunsmith lived (and was walked right up to my Performer's face...). Whoops!

It's an Aura so it does affect the model with the Condition as well. I missed that fact at first as well and I must say that it does make a big difference. It's a really good Attack. Putting it on two models next to one another is hilarious.

I don't know why i keep missing these distinctions when I'm reading the cards, but I'm glad that on the forums we've got sharp-eyed people like you who straighten things out. Cheers! The faction that can achieve it, not so much. I do agree with Guild or Gremlins as my backup-backup choices - one is the right kind of basic, the other hilarious as always.

So, I´m sorry (maybe not :p) but today Somer dragged the self-righteous man even deeper into the Bayou, Nellie had a hard time stopping him (But on the other table someone actually managed to beat Zipp and got the man a litlle bit closer to the honeypot, so let`s see) And I would appreciate a game against you, so just tell me if you happen to take your next holidays here

Sounds fun If I do happen to travel there I'll be sure to drop a few lines and ask for a game or two
