Omenbringer
Love the base work, interesting way to go. I think it fits much better then the bamboo floors most have been using (she is afterall a gardner).
Pithound
Thanks for the comments guys. The bamboo was fun to make. I wanted her to have the garden feel and I plan on using that theme as I go through the box. I'm thinking a couple paper lanterns or a bonsai tree and a Koi pond. If anyone is interested how I made the bamboo stalks I'm happy to share.

I have it all sketched out and everything!
popg0estheworld
Beautiful execution, and wonderfully thematic basing. I am curious as to why there is no blood spatter on the scissors (considering the decapitated head), but that is a small criticism for an otherwise excellent model. AmishLuvah
Since you brought it up, how DID you do the bamboo?

AntiZombie
she looks really nice. But there is some stray paint on a few of the areas ( green bow and around the shoulder) this is such a nice model that it would ashame if it wasn't cleaned up. Looking forward to seeing the rest, and thanks for the bamboo tutorial
Pithound
Sorry for the vagueness of the How to pics. Omenbringer
No problem on the recommendation (glad you like it). Also I found the little stone pagoda I will be using for my Kirai in a garden store (I think it is for a bonsai tree).
