Mine just got rejected by customs, saying Importation Restricted - wtf is that supposed to mean, its just plastic miniatures

Sounds good Aaron Hope my order can still make it across the big pond in time for christmas - but if not, its no biggie, then i'll just have more time to paint what i already have xD

But it's so hard to be patient - i need my plasticrack! xD On a more serious note, i just thought that the store wouldn't open until all the orders had shipped, so it seemed kinda weird that mine was still listed as "Processed" (not shipped) after so many days of the store having re-opened Did i mention i need my plasticrack?

My order is still listed as "Processed" in the store, and i haven't gotten any emails since the order confirmation

Of the models I have so far (105), I have painted 75 (for a completion of 71.4%) - all of this is from this year though, since I only started playing back in the spring. However, once my Black Friday order arrives, I'll be "dropping down" to 75/129 painted (58.1%), which'll make me sad, until I realise that I'll have Leveticus and more gremlins to play with

It seems like the store is open again, and still has all the Black Friday stuff Edit - Store's closed again, must've been a glitch or something

I'm eagerly awaiting the 2 sets i ordered a few days ago - looks great from the pictures

You can actually build a full 50ss crew out of the contents of the Ramos box - either build 6 individual spiders and have 50ss without extra Soulstones in your cache, or build 3 individuals and a swarm, and have 4 SS left to do with as you please!

Still no news of anything Arcanist related, besides the Hoarcat Pride?

Indeed, I'm already going slightly crazy not knowing if I'm gonna spend the rest of my hobby-budget now, or on GenCon orders... Any sortof hint on what is coming would be deeply appreciated

I've gotten good results with Ramos, using Ramos, Joss, Howard and Johan as a base, some good minions (Rail Workers are bad A$$ in my experience, as is Willie and the Metal Gamin), and the obligatory Electric Creation to round it all off

Sorry for not replying sooner, been on vacation... Yes, the bases are done with the new(ish) Agrellan Earth from GW. The trick is to get a good, fairly thick layer on the base - then when its done, i wash it with Agrax Earth, and then drybrush with the old Dheneb Stone

I thought so too, so good to hear that others think the same - sometimes it pays off to go with that crazy hunch

I dont actually know why i went with white hair, except that it'd make him stand out a bit more (as if his pose didnt already xD)

Thanks for the kind comments - to be fair, most of it's only basecoat, wash, and maybe a drybrush :S it's unbelieveable how lazy I've gotten with my painting after discovering GW's Wash/Shade line

And that's all I got for my Ten Thunders - it's scary, actually, having all these models finished, since I've never had a full finished army (or whatever) of anything before So what's next you ask? Well, as i discovered when i first started, eBay is a dangerous place, and I managed to snag a Ramos box, 2 Spider boxes, and some Convergence of Cyriss Reflex Servitors (to act as Electric Creations) and a ton of magnets to magnetize the spiders and bases for them, all for about 40-45£... Unfortunatly, I wont be able to work on them next week (vacation stuff), but the week after will most likely see more stuff on this blog
