July was a busy time for me also, so I failed on that. I do have a week left of this month so many I can get in 10ss.

I look at Malifaux's story like looking at the story for a fighting video game. You have 34 characters plus 7 new unlocked one, that is going to end up with some characters on the background or cutting room floor. Go back and look at all the older stories and see which characters are featured and who only make cameos. But that is going to happen with that many characters. That is why I like the vignettes, a little light shone on the characters of Malifaux that lack character.

Date: September 5th till September 26th Location: The Game Shoppe 4014 N 144th st Omaha, Ne 68116 (402)-991-8699 Time: Encounters start at 7pm and will be timed at 1 hour 45 minutes Cost: None Outside the safety of the city, standing alone in the badlands, is the Tower. Some claim a remains of some ancient wizard of Malifaux's past, due to its design. Many have came to raid the Tower, but few find success. Now the Tower is to be the site of a great tournament, crews will battle it out to control the highest floor of the tower. Will you be able to hold on to the top for the whole tournament? The Tower will be a league using a ladder system. Players will be placed in the tower in the order they show up for the first day of the league on Sept 5th, the earlier you are there, the higher floor you end up on. Players will then be picked at random to challenge others to gain position in the tower. Players higher on the tower that defeat lower players, will move up a floor, switching places with the player above them. Players lower on the tower that defeat a player higher on the tower will switch places with that player. So it can be anyone's game. Placement on the tower will be determined on the first day for the league (Sept 5th) in the order in which players sign up starting at 6pm. Players may sign up later in the league and placed at the bottom of the tower. Games will be using all rules for the Gaining Grounds 2016 rules packet. This includes the new strategies and schemes. All games will be 50 ss and will be also timed, with games starting at 7pm. All this is to prepare everyone for the Fauxmaha 2016 event at Nuke Con this year. It will be fixed faction, but you can change up crews each game. Get ready to take on the Tower.

His work is pretty dark, which is not a bad thing. I feel he would bring Ressers or Neverborn the most justice.

That would be pretty awesome. What would be really cool is with the story moving along, a new creature appears.

Two players in my community got their orders today! I had a friend grab me some stuff while she was there and they got it faster than I got my stuff. lol. I am super impressed Wyrd. Those are some steps in the right direction.

I wonder if the master is what makes the game fun, or the opponent. I completely hate the Viks, but I actually played a game last Monday that was fun. The first time in forever. So I feel the master alone might not be the cause of the fun, but more the opponent and the crew.

I feel that any artwork we see that is not the "TTB pose" art is for something that will show up at some time. Have not seen these fall through yet.

Sounds like we need to have more store versus store events. I now have a community of 15 players if they all show at one time.

Tonight, the Ladies make their appearance and the campaign really gets underway! The Arcanist got Alt Kearis-ed again, huh? lol. That last part makes me wonder if he will be a model for the Other Side. (!?)

What happen to the TTB Nythera model? We just forgot about him? Also, a handful of those models come out at the end of the month, why wait extra weeks to get them when they will be in stores before the event even starts? I guess to pad a $100 sale. Over all, nice to see all the Shifting Loyalties coming out. Shocked to so see Wyrd drop their load on the new masters, did not think that would happen.

Same reason they are careful with Undead and Constructs, because of Leveticus. They dug themselves in a hole with masters that can hire too much. Because of Marcus, they have to be careful with Beast now.

I need to figure out what I am doing and post that up.

I would like to thank all that showed up for the event on Monday! The perfect minimum size turn out! There was 8 Wrestlers that entered the ring and only one over all winner!
