Adanedhel Posted September 4, 2012 Author Report Share Posted September 4, 2012 I'd say yes, because the Red Joker isn't defined as a severe, but as a severe+ a second additional card, where this second reverts only one step back. But Ratty really would be the one to judge. Notice that you can't get this done by flipping the Red Joker as last card, and reshuffle your discard pile as your deck, since the red joker would still be part of the flip.
