  1. You left out Huggy. And I think Big Angry Seamus gets Tyrant as well from memory?
  2. On a related note.... RIP Mortimer (Yeah he was my ideal Mortimer casting. Any other suggestions?)
  3. So, how old does everyone think Hoff actually IS? Remember, Patrick Stewart is not a young man. And from the fluff I'd assumed that Hoff was in his early to mid 20's, as his older brother Ryle was at Oxford. Personally I'd add him, but as Ramos. He's got the gravitas to pull it off. And then we can throw in James McAvoy in as Hoff, and go to town Re: Lucius: I'd actually wanted Hugh Laurie to play him because of reasons (see below), but damned if Cumberbatch wouldn't be perfect for the role. No idea what other master he could be....
  4. Another vote for Puppet Lucius, aka "Mini-Me".
  5. To be fair, Spaniards are Europeans (ie pale as ####). Yeah, use the CMoN tute, skip a few steps if you're doing batch painting instead of display minis. I've used it for redheads, and it tends to be on the money. Borzag (personally I just look in the mirror...)
  6. What power? On topic.... Hugs & Squeezes from Lenny. Just because this is now how I picture Lenny sounding:
  7. So has anyone worked out the moon thing? I'm curious as to what that is. Otherwise, a good read Cheers! Borzag (PS Malidave? Vicious. Viscous = thick & gluggy. Says the fluids engineer and totally not a gramma nazi, honest! )
  8. 1. I'm thinking some sort of bird or bat. Agile hunter, certainly. 2. Magic based. They suck at combat. TRUST ME. 3. Were-camel
  9. For some reason I'm thinking Mindless Zombies (moderns for preference) as the crowd at the Opera... if you're going to be doing organ repossession, you may as well go the whole hog right? Cheers! Borzag (TESTIFY!) PS: LOVE that movie
  10. Some of my friends have had good success using horses from the toy sets at supermarkets. They're a bit bigger than 28mm, but have you seen a real horse? Those things are stupid huge. They fit extremely well.
  11. Guild Hounds. Tried to assemble the two on their back legs last night, ended up giving up and using Mantic Dwarf Bulldogs. And I can foresee the two that I did get together (the ones on their front paw. Not paws, PAW.) breaking mid-game, for Nekima related issues. Plastic 'em up Wyrd.
  12. A suggestion from one of my mates (now a Henchman, so he knows these things) was to take the generic Stone upgrade for the Henchman, and nothing else. For better or worse these upgrades are a part of the game now, so you can add a single simple one to show this part of it.
  13. Hey all, With Malifaux's Wave 2 coming up, I find myself in need of a Lucius totem. And what better totem than his mini-me in puppet form I'm in Sydney Australia so am aware that postage will be a <insert naughty words here> BUT if you have one that you're willing to part with, let me know. Cheers! Borzag
  14. Nope. Bases may be similar, model size might be similar, but Malifaux is "True Skirmish" vs WarmaHorde's "small battle". Big vehicles really aren't a consideration. Or shouldn't be. Maybe as terrain or as someone mentioned, as a scenario piece. But not as a general gaming piece. Borzag (although, Avatar Huggy....)
  15. Showgirls: no love for Angelica? I can see them having 2 Henchwomen, Cassandra (natch) & Angelica.
  16. If you can look small, weedy & have some dapper clothes, maybe go all Woes? Pandora, Candy & Mr Tannen.
  17. Easier than a wife-beater, track pants & boots? Sweet costume though

    Lynch 2.0

    1. ARE we going to get Depleted? The artwork on the Illuminated card showed the "trademark" depleted, I assumed they were going in the same way that Dead Doxies were (ie just turned into one minion type). Would be nice to see some Brilliance fodder but IMO I'm not holding my breath. 2. Henchman... fluff alone says maybe it'd be Tannen. He's the brains of the Graves & Tannen buddy-cop show* after all. Graves is a gimme Enforcer, and Huggy's more than likely locked as a Totem, so either we find a new friend or he's it. Cheers! Borzag (* Yes I call them the Graves & Tannen Buddy-Cop Show. Don't ask.)
  19. Where's Waldgeist: a Waldgeist wearing a beanie, jumper and carrying a cane. The Three Ortegas: Francisco, Santiago & Papa done up as the Three Amigos (Francisco's halfway there as is). Iggy Stardust: Woe David Bowie. Bonus points if he's done "Labyrinth" style.
  20. I'd support this. But (and I could be wrong here), for small casting runs wouldn't RESIN be better? Perhaps we have a different definition of "small"; I'm thinking sub-1K, you're probably thinking "Miss Models & NE", which can run into the multiple thousands.
  21. Colette + Ramos + Toolkit. Coryphee + Lazarus. Neverborh that aren't Lynch. I think that's about it though.
  22. That reminds me of one we had during our last slow grow... Made it to retirement: Hire a Desperate Mercenary and have them live to the end of the game.
  23. Hands too. Both are pushing on GW scale.
  24. Hello Dolly: Have Colette turn 3+ opponent figures into Mannequins (bonus points for doing it solo; no thank you Mr Ramos, we do not need a chaperone to this dance!) Monster Mash: Summon the Rogue Necro and at least one Flesh Construct. Big Girls Don't Cry: Kill an enemy Master or Henchman with Nekima. Bad Boys: Bury 3+ enemies with Pine Coffin. EDIT: Duelling Banjos: Finish the game with at least double the amount of friendly Gremlin models than when you started. Yeah I got songs on the brain. Sorry.
