Doctor Amos
Which totem tops your list for the most useful, the most never-leave-home-without-it? Is it Levi's "I'm not dead yet" Hollow Waif? Or Zoraida's "Dance my pretties" Voodoo Doll?
Jonas Albrecht
The Mobile Toolkit. It gives me a total R2 Unit vibe.
NewbieFromHell
personally my favorite is the mech doves for Colette, my most hated to go up against is the voodoo doll, just winds me up when ever you play it
JayBarlekamp
young lacroix casting "between the eyes"
karn987
Hollow Waif, Levy literally can not work without them. But for fun, my favorite is the Malifaux Cherub for the look on people's faces when I say "Ok the Cherub is now going to attempt to Love your ____" =D
Iamwyrd
I think the daydreams are essential in my way of playing the dreamer.
nilus
I am a guild player and an Ortega lover so The enslaved Neph is always high on my list. An extra easy to cast obey each turn is well worth the 2 AP. And on top of that he is pretty competent in melee. Not enough to depend on but he can easily be used to mop up a hurt model that Perdita and crew didn't manage to kill.
hippieshopper
I love the Young Lacroix and Vultures.
Gremlin Swarm
I don't play Samus, but I like his Copycat Killer, if only for the sheer comedic value of him shooting that huge gun.
Ratty
I don't play Samus, but I like his Copycat Killer, if only for the sheer comedic value of him shooting that huge gun. I want an alternative sculpt of him where he is firing the thing and being blown off his feet.
Peoples Champ
In game terms the Governors proxy is very effective. As far as looks go love the vulture and copycat killer.
huntroll
Malifaux Child, anyone?
Lorenz
big fan of the essence of power that thing makes it so easy to deal out massive damage to anyone with in range of rasputina
Lorenz
also sheer love of the sculpt and the idea of it I really like the brass arachnid saddly it has been trumped by the toolkit now a days but I still love it
Rathnard
Malifaux Child, anyone? I really wish the Malifaux child was worth taking. I'm not after something game-breaking, but at least semi-useful would be nice. In terms of gameplay my favorite is the Voodoo Doll, for obvious reasons. But for looks I'd have to say the primordial magic or as I like to call it, the vomit worm.
DangerousBeans
In terms of sheer usefulness it's got to be Kirai's Spirit of Lost Love. I'm really beginning to like the Wendigo, cuddly lil' monster that he is, awww.
hippieshopper
also sheer love of the sculpt and the idea of it I really like the brass arachnid saddly it has been trumped by the toolkit now a days but I still love it Actually if you don't use Ramos as a factory, it is still very useful for his spells because it has a higher cast. So casting Arcing Screen and Electrical Fire is more of a possibility. I like using the totem to cast the Screen that way Ramos can do other stuff and still gets the bonus...which he kinda needs. PS...if your name is from what I think it's from, that's awesome. [i love the Dr...]
HopelessHeretic
also sheer love of the sculpt and the idea of it I really like the brass arachnid saddly it has been trumped by the toolkit now a days but I still love it You need to see how insane Ramos and Hoffman are in a brawl when you have Hoffman with the tool kit and Ramos with the brass arachnid. Have the tool kit give a tome to both Ramos and the tool kit. Ramos auto surging and reactivate on a 10+ of any suit. -Heretic
yames
i really love the govs proxy i have had good luck with it so far but i'm waiting for the day when i fail that simple morale duel and lose cridd
hippieshopper
We've had an instance at our LGS where someone lost Lady J because they charged Seamus when he had his scary face on and she flipped the Black Joker.
Ratty
We've had an instance at our LGS where someone lost Lady J because they charged Seamus when he had his scary face on and she flipped the Black Joker. Why didn't she just pay a soulstone, to get an additional flip?
hippieshopper
She didn't have any. She was so reckless in trying to kill his very resilient army that she spent all of her resources trying to kill them all.
Ratty
Sounds like it's really her own fault then... very amusing... But hardly an indictment against the proxy.
Jonas Albrecht
Wouldn't a Black Joker prevent changing the totals?
JayBarlekamp
Wouldn't a Black Joker prevent changing the totals? Black joker prevents cheating, not using a SS to add another card to the flip. What would have been epic is if he did use a SS and flipped an ace.
