yerati
If you kill a insignificant model in a quarter, you can change the strategy marker from friendly to neutral? i think no, so the insignificant says the model is ignored for strategies, but im not sure. thanks a lot
1 Clement
for an additional cross reference, in the Strategies section of the book, it specifically calls out "models with the Insignificant Ability are ignored for the purposes of Strategies and Schemes in every way." In every way means in EVERY way. The markers won't flip.

0 LeperColony
I've been playing it where they do not, for the reason you mentioned.
0 Maniacal_cackle
This would be better suited to the rules forum, but I've been playing it where insignificant models do not flip markers. They're ignored for strategies, after all: Quote This model cannot take the Interact Action and is ignored for Strategies and Schemes. Ignored means ignored. They have no impact on it, same as killing one doesn't do anything for reckoning.

0 ezramantis
So if an insignificant model KILLS a model in Turf War, the marker doesn't flip, right? Since the insignificant model is ignored in EVERY way?
0 Angelshard
That is my understanding too. From GG0 "When a friendly model kills an enemy model, it can change one Strategy Marker in the same table quarter as the killed model from enemy to neutral, if possible (the Marker in the center is considered to be in every table quarter)." As it states that it's the model making the kill that flips the marker and insignificant is ignored I'd argue that it can't flip the marker.
0 Maniacal_cackle
Can't find a fault in that reasoning, @Angelshard!
