Having each model type on a base makes sense and give each base individually more variety. However, placing all of a kind on a single base could look kinda neat (like each is its own Gupps clic) and doing so will make each base seem more varied from each other. Ludvig Posted June 2, 2016 Report Share Posted June 2, 2016 I'm going for two gupps on each base, maybe even sculpting some back fins in the water to flesh it out even further. I suspect I will want to have at least four and probably five-six bases to really do heavy swampfiend lists and still be able to summon. If I went for three to each base I would probably do one of each sculpt and differentiate by placing/basing and painting all gupps on each base in a distinct colour theme to differentiate. I would probably also go for the 2 per base option to give more variety. Sculpting then coming out of the muck is a really good idea. I guess they should be like frog or fish eggs so a small bunch of translucent sacs with small dots in them. Seems hard to get it to look nice. lusciousmccabe Posted June 3, 2016 Report Share Posted June 3, 2016 Take a photo of some frogspawn (or more likely google one at this time of year) and use that awesome marker generator to print them, that's what I'm doing for web counters.
