Hey all, new henchman in Nova Scotia looking to help expand the game and teach new players. PM me if interested. Gonna be starting a slow grow league and run a tournament after it is all over and complete.
There was no books at GenCon at all. They were online only and not due to ship till the 12th as per the website info you had to respond to before completing your order.
Then shouldn't they find out ? Seems a rather poor service answering you with a shrug. They're probably waiting on both for the order to ship. I'd ask them to order separately. Books not due for another month yet.
Anyone know approximately how long it takes to get an update on whether you are approved or not approved ? Do you only hear back if you are accepted ? Just curious how long I need to cross my fingers for.
September way too soon for us sadly. Nova Scotia is a 13 hour drive just to get there. But if there is a tournament setup we can possibly make the trip over for a guys weekend road trip next year. We were coming for Guild Ball Nationals in June last two years but they might be local in 2020 so we can use an excuse for another road trip. I'm not sure if Wyrd does higher level events like Regionals or Grand Championships or Nationals or the like. I'm only really familiar anymore with FFG and Guild Ball events nowadays.
If you plan any larger events next summer let me know. My gang and I travelled to Montreal last two summers for guildball nationals but it looks like next year it will be closer so we are looking for an excuse to goto Montreal again next year.
Meeplemart had stock on the weekend. Most of it is sold out now but if they had it other stores in Canada should too. I ordered the rulebook from them and they still have some of those and Dead mans hand left.
