  1. I received a mail about my order (with both Euripides & Von Schtook) being shipped about 10h ago. So I guess either if there was an issue it's now resolved, or that there wasn't an issue, just a huge backlog of order to treat ^^
  2. Cycolops as well. The bultungin & the primordial magic are the only savage models without a 50mm base
  3. I noticed that the "Upcoming" page has been updated with the boxes for September. The Von Schtook box is not there, even though it was previously said it would be released in September. So I'm guessing there might be some kind of delay with that box, indeed.
  4. Thanks That's what I thought, since it's pretty standard (hence the "probably stupid question" ), just wanted to be sure.
  5. I have a probably stupid question. I ordered some boxes during the gen con sale, and this was my first purchase on Wyrd's store. Here's my question : when the order will be treated and dispatched, will I receive a mail? Of course I know it will take some time to process all orders, since Wyrd was obviously busy with being at gencon, and I guess there were more orders than usual done during the sale, so there's some backlog of orders to go through. I have no problem with the wait. It's just to know what to expect.
  6. True, I guess that makes sense. There are some models packaged alone though, like the necropunks (but they not only have 2 keywords, but keywords of masters from 2 different factions, so maybe that is the key difference), the swine-cursed, the draugr, etc. Thanks for the examples! In any case there shouldn't be too long to wait until we see the contents of the september boxes, and learn more about the next month's releases as well
  7. I agree. The only difference between a action done as part of a charge and one done without a charge is if the action counts towards your action limit or not. The rest works the same, including declaring the action.
  8. The bultungin are dual keyword though (fae, savage). Is there any example of dual keyword models bundled with single keyword models?
  9. I was thinking maybe the delay was just enough that they couldn't have stocks for gencon, but not enough to prevent the online purchases? A clarification surely would be nice.
  10. Indeed! I ordered the Von Schtook box a few hours ago!
  11. I think in september there is a "the howling" box to be released. We don't know yet what the exact content of the box would be, but looks like it could contain rougarou (the word rougarou comes from the french "loup garou" which means werewolf, and I think the howling is a name of a werewolf movie, right?).
  12. If you check on the upcoming page (https://www.wyrd-games.net/upcoming-releases), they are listed as part of the June releases. I was able to order them on an online retailer (wayland games) at the end of June, and I received them. I guess there should be other retailers having them in stock too.
  13. I would really hesitate between 1 or 2. To me definitely the "Severe" part of the Red joker becomes moderate. But does the +1 stays or not, I am really unsure.
  14. Also in the upcoming section, the necropunk box shows only the existing models.
  15. Maybe because they thought the tall one wasn't really compatible with necropunks being size 1? But I would be surprised if they did a new sculpt just for this.
  16. Assuming this is artwork for new models, I'm wondering if the students "A" will use the same models as the transmortis box, or if they will have new models as well, and the artwork was just not updated in the card yet (like Anna Lovelace's card is still showing the artwork of her previous model, not the new one from Von Schtook's core box) Also, I don't want to hijack the thread, but which sculpt do you prefer for each student? I would say sinew C (though B is not far behind), steel B, viscera B
  17. I don't really know anything, but here are my thoughts. As far as I'm aware there were only 1 model per student released so far, I don't think there were older metals models or something (but I may be wrong). The artwork on the B & C models seems more recent to me, I'm not sure what exactly gives me this impression though (I'm sure people who followed Malifaux for more than the 1year 1/2 I've played the game might have better thoughts on this that I do). I think they may have put the cards with new art (hopefully meaning new models too), since the students were already released in M2E (so they need to have the cards available in M3E), and since they are now minion (2) or (3) , and in order to be in line with the other minions they needed to have several cards with different artwork to differentiate them. In short, I think they may made an exception and have shown new art in this case because students are a special case of models who went from "unique" (at least only 1 model existed for them) to minion 2/3.
  18. If you download the M3E core rulebook from the drop box, you can see a bit of info about the new faction on page 49 of the book : THE EXPLORER'S SOCIETYOriginally established as a means to reinvigorate the long-dulled sense of adventure of its founder, the Explorer’s Society has since expanded to focus on unfurling the mysteries of Malifaux and beyond. These aristocrats, dark tourists, and pioneers venture into the unknown corners of this world to seek knowledge, discover new locations, and hunt big game. While their motivations are unclear, their recent push to amass rare artifacts is not.
  19. Thanks for the answer Kyle! I just wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything I'll print these cards then.
  20. I noticed in that there are encounter cards (schemes & strategies) in the drop box (which is nice to have, of course). But when I check the upcoming page, I don't see any product that includes these cards. Am I missing something?
  21. There's a thread that is compiling changes people found : anyone-found-beta-to-release-changes There also seems to be similar threads popping up in each factions' subsection (which would make thigns easiers to find specific changes)
  22. It looks like the action Complete the Ritual on the Blood Sacrifice upgrade (the one to unbury Killjoy) is no longer a bonus action.
  23. Oh wow indeed they look great! Can't wait to see how they translate into models! Congrats on nothing special happening this week, Wyrd!
  24. Yes, there are cardboard tokens like in the eel box
  25. After a quick look I'd say you can do the flurry in these conditions. In the rulebook pdf, page 23, section " RESOLVING ACTIONS", in " Step 3: Targeting" : "If the Action requires a target, the target must be declared at this step. The target must be within the Action’s range as well as within Line of Sight of the model taking the Action, unless specified otherwise. If an Action has no legal target, it fails [...]." The rule seem to say you can declare an action even if you are not able to target a valid target (and then the action automatically fail), rather than say you cannot declare an action at all if you have no valid target. So I'd say doing flurry to attack nothing is possible.
