  1. That's not an errata format, that's a complete overhaul 🤭. And that's A LOT of buffs. Any justification?..
  2. Its often more efficient to bring the opponents to yourself (Bring it and Lure), but thats most often not a solution to scoring more points. Taking up a position is very important right now and sometimes its pretty hard to do so in guild. Thats why my most successful masters so far are Nellie, Lucius and Hoff just a bit behind the first two. Mobility is key. And thats the reason i consider MG as the only worth summon with Dashel if i have the cards. No wonder guild packed with lots of models with good old walking-with-no-alternatives-and-pretty-moderate-walk-stat is not in the spotlight.

  4. Great episode. I dont really agree with the whole keyword frenzy though. I dont quite value investigators so much. I generally tend to avoid models that require help to position themselves. They do so themselves for other models but... Reid at least has some decent questions to ask. I am honestly dissapointed for not mentioning Phiona. She just solves so many issues with survivability of the key models. She is benefiting so hard from all those markers laid out by lawyers obey and 'Bring It' is pure gold sometimes.

  6. Sorry for the second post. But here are my two cents: First of all there will probably be no buffs at all. Errata will fix broken and overpowered things, not the underperforming ones. So Pale Rider will have to get ready XD. Agent 46 should probably also be reworked for the better. Inhuman Physiology should probably be "discard a card to cheat". We have a lot of lingering issues about mobility and models without a clear purpose and value but they will be the last ones on the list of important things to do. Anyway: 1) Orderlies - front and back of the card are almost from the different models. They dont work together at all. 2) Dogs. They are not needed in Daschel. And they are too expensive for other crews. 3) Honestly Dashel's crew probably should recieve some love. This mechanic around markers is so clanky it hurts sometimes. Almost everything is keyword only picks. Id never consider hiring seargent or executioner in other lists. Even Mounted Guard purpose is not clear when you can just take a Pale Rider insted for a better returns. 4) Queeg is almost a never pick in guard, let alone anywhere else. He requires too much AP from the other sources to work. You almost have to pick Lucius for his mechanics to work. 5) Abuela. Weak niche pick for keyword only. 6) DM Recruiter. Honestly at least give him Consolidate Power. 7) Field Reporter. GIve em Frantic Flailing. I seldom see a model that can potentially be completely useless against other models. 8 )Nurse HB - Give her 1 more wound and she will be fine. 9) Pistoleros need a rework. Those paper planes are a never pick. 10) Thalarian Quellers - give them Arcane touch with stat 5. 11) Enslaved Neph - see the post above. 12) I cant bring myself to pick Monster Hunters also. Pretty hard to choose models that only do one thing and die to a stiff breeze. 13) Riotbreaker - a niche pick only. I never consider them in an all around list. 14) Frontiersmen cant hope to survive competition with pathfinders and austringers. Give them HTK instead of backup and they will be perfect. 15) The Hunters are too damn expensive for their stats. I always want to take them, but my inner calculator always talk me out of it after all those initial tests with them. Up their wp by 1 or give them one more wound. 16) Our upgrades. The big problem is armor is almost always glued to Lady J, Perdita and Sonnia. The biggest problem is the rest of upgrades are not worth it at all. It is probably bad that some upgrades are an always pick on certain models and a never pick on anything else. Armor is the only worth upgrade and is always on the same models. And oh boy i hate with burning passion an abundance of reach 0' attacks on our models.
  7. This is pretty ok by itself. The issue is not how crappy he is (and honestly he is pretty crappy), but that he has almost nothing great. Insignificant - check. Both good and bad. No unique mechanics - check. Walk 4. Aaaaaaand every action he has will most definately force you to chuck a card (in already card starved crew). His support is just very expensive for what it is. He can potentilally be usefull by dying to thousand cuts in the midst of enemy models but you will never get there. The only fun thing to do with him is to throw it with Guardians Toss to annoy someone for a vanishingly small amount of time. But most of all - he is not interesting.
  8. He seems pretty ok in some scheme pools. Thought id never consider him as a solid first choice. There are plenty of crews that would be disastrous as opponents. Leveticus, Jack, Dreamer as particular examples.
  9. Nice work! Some comments: 1) Abuela's obey is friendly only. 2) Guild steward demise is enemy only.
  10. Lucius&Nellie can be fun. Lots of card cycling and distracted->stun auras.
  11. Phiona's Bring it on Hoffman or Steamfitter will heal her. Discard power tokens from models that don't need them for plus flips on your master TN if you don't want to waste your king on this very important fast or condition removal.
  12. 2' Interview is not over yet!: After an enemy model declares a walk or charge action this model can spend 1 focus to place itself in base contact with it after the movement.
  13. I agree with the most points. Pale rider can probably be fine with the uncheatable damage. Though i think it will be not enought. Orderlies are useless as they are right now. Nurse HB can probably do with a buff to melee range also. I never take her as is. Family still needs a lot of thought. They dont work.
  14. Whats the trouble? You want it - you slap it on. This list has the stones for a little bit variation. actually i love them to bits. Just this particular list has no place for them. My other Lucius core list is 1-2 changelings and a lawyer as keyword models. Works fine too.
  15. Entourage is huge. So is issue command on MG or executioner. So is arcane reservoir. And scribe is number one totem in guild (probably tied with purifying flame). Nah, Lucius over Basse any day.

  17. Ok, here are a few of my thoughts. 1) Double Masters are a lot more fun. Actually it is a lot harder to adapt to a bad matchup with a single master option. Though I don't think it affects our viability as much as some of us think. We can still play. 2) keywords are a big fat traps. You pick what you need. Period. The only master I play almost exclusively in keyword is Hoffman. Almost everything else I play varies heavily from just the totem to full list from game to game. My most successful Lucius, Nellie, Sonnia and Dashel lists are totem + 0-1 in keyword models. 3) Every master is viable in guild. M3E shines brightly on faction play in this regard. There are still some hard counters but they are nowhere near as brutal as they where in M2E. 4) not every keyword is viable. Family is trash, sorry. This crew is too prone to be tabled turn 2-3. Glass canons don't work reliably in our meta. 5) The crews in UK and in our meta are sometimes very different. And Jury does not magically beat Dreamer in our meta (or anybody). In fact Dreamer does not really care - he just summons stitched and they are not really bothered by 1+1 damage. We have a couple really good NVB players, so you can't beat them with just strong models. You need to actually think (bummer). 6) Let's see how the guild will show itself next year. I don't think there were enough of strong players present in UK Nationals and I plan to attend next year for some fresh experience. I think there will definitely something I can bring to surprise my opponents Edit: 7) Pale Rider will be nerfed. Mark my words. He is too good.

  21. Thanks! Agent 46 was forbidden for the event as well as many other not-yet-released models. Actually Lucius is really nice "base" master. First turn he and changelings can just entourage 5 times. Thats why i LOVE Lucius at corners. You can instantly grab table control turn 1. From second turn onwards he provides mobility to your scheme runners (with the bonus card draw to stack your hand for a beater) and sometime uses his zero. He can also activate mid-late turn for a surprise sniper atack. Nobody expects that, especially if Lady J (Or perdita, or Basse) already half-depleted opponents hand. changelings starting turn 2 are often very far away from the opponent completing schemes/baiting opponent to waste AP chasing them. Lawyer helps with everything and supplies Lady with shielded. Scribe babysits masters from the safe distance. Overall i am very happy with this crew even without Agent.
