  1. That backdrop pic really makes this scene pop.
  2. Dug up some models sitting around in your basement? Yep, sounds like a miniature painter, hordes of unpainted models sitting around. lol
  3. Yes! So much Win. I like that version of Cthulhu too, compared to the Cthulhu Wars mini
  4. very cool. I almost used a similar plaque that you have there with the skull in robes. That resin is a bitch to paint with all the cavities, am I right? lol good job
  5. Thanks man. the plan was to paint all the mini's in cool colors and have the vortex be warm to get some contrast.
  6. Inspirations: Genesis 6:4 The Nephilim were in the earth in those days, and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bore children to them; the same were the mighty men that were of old, the men of renown. Revelation 9:1-3 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. 2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit. 3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. The Nephilim were the offspring of Fallen Angels that came to earth and had offspring with human women. It's is theorized they are the reason for the great flood. But where does the spirit of something born of angels go when it is killed? Some theorize, they went to Hell and that is where Demons come from. It is also theorized that when the key to the bottomless pit is opened, the Nephilim (Locusts) will return. The rabbit hole goes even deeper when you do some research and you find out that CERN (the largest particle accelerator located in Swizterland) appears to be trying to open this very doorway. A top guy at CERN has even been quoted as saying "...that the titanic machine may possibly create or discover previously unimagined scientific phenomena, or "unknown unknowns" - for instance "an extra dimension". "Out of this door might come something, or we might send something through it," said Sergio Bertolucci, who is Director for Research and Scientific Computing at CERN, briefing reporters including the Reg at CERN HQ earlier this week. If you want to know more, do some research on youtube about CERN opening portals
  7. yes! so glad you finally came over to the forum. Love your videos. Thanks
  8. Oh Dear, we need more doom great album for painting to
  9. I grew up on Metallica, had long hair, played in a band, the whole nine yards, lol. It is really depressing to see that Rap has overtaken Rock as the most popular genre. I no longer listen to mainstream music because of all the Illuminati symbolism that permeates it all and the mind control is now over the top. I only listen to underground music now; stuff that you will never hear on the radio. Well, that and old time, swing big band stuff, like this (and it makes great painting background noise) Here is a playlist I made with stuff like this. Actually, if you look around on my youtube channel, there are more playlists with good music. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLiIwfAQDbUorK8paldyerFinQpWICWnBQ
  10. holy S**T where can I find the wave 3 beta rules?
  11. nah, I'd just counter with some death metal doom patrol with a swift boot to her face.
  12. In other forums I have frequented in the past, it was customary to post the video link directly to the song you are wanting to share; is there some rule against that here. Just wondering why you guys don't, like this. Great album
  13. well, I must get me some flow improver I have been experimenting with putting one drop of liquid dish soap in my water cup and it helps keep the paint from drying so fast so you can wet blend, but its not too long that you have to sit there and wait. I can't remember where I read that tip but it works great.
  14. From the album: Spectre's Road to 100% Painted

I tried to use Mako's Tips about spot colors by using the Orange (which is complementary to Blue). and since I'm using a blue/green color, I was hoping the spot color would contrast nicely.
  15. thanks man. It's crazy how much difference a light box can make
