  3. Top bloke that Justin! Changed the Sword Knows the Way Trigger (thanks for pointing that out, read that one wrong!) and a little bit to Wander the Earth, so he should be good to go.
  4. Katanaka Sniper is done (I think...) http://pullmyfinger.wikispaces.com/M2E+Katanaka+Sniper What do you think? Next up, Peasants and the Dawn Serpant. Also, for the Shadow Effigy, as a construct it has some synergy with Mei and Toshiro.
  5. I used this list recently against Arcanists in a 40ss game, but I think it would go even better against Rezzers (unless they're spirit based, obviously). Strategy was Reckoning Schemes chosen were Power ritual & Protect Territory (distract & plant evidence were they others, but I didn't want to do much moving & wanted to kill them rather than distract them... !) 6 Warriors of the Dragon 38 1 Shenlong 4 - Recalled Training 1 - Wandering River Style 2 1 Peasant 2 1 Kang 9 - Recalled Training 1 1 Lone Swordsmen 8 - Recalled Training 1 2 Ansatsu Sha 14 Worked like a treat!. Although I stuffed up my measurements royally, it was very much a massacre. The Ansatsu Sha (AKA Katanaka snipers), held the centre with Kang, creating a massive kill-zone. Shenlong was a massive Focus junkie, buffing whoever needed buffing with Mighty Gust & laid schemes. Lone Swordsmen did just that, be a lone hunter. Very evil... but should put those Undead back in the dirt!
  6. I agree with The Godliness. Pick something that needs being dead (or at least close to it) & go nuts. Alternatively, go for targets of opportunity. Last game my snipers took Kang down to 2dg. In went the Swordsmen, finished him in the first activation, then took out the Emberling in the second for Reckoning. I normally run him with Shenlong Have Shanlong activate second last give the swordsmen a push & Fast from mighty gust. Swordsman activates & discards Recalled Training. Should be in position to at least walk & charge his target (make sure you (0) Sunrise before you charge). + flips over 5 AP usually creates some very dead bodies! Also think very hard about doing Sunrise if you down't have amazing cards or Recalled training... He should still do damage, but probably won't kill a fully wounded Master or Henchmen with stones in hand...
  7. Finished the draft for Kamaitachi, can someone have a look over it, I got a little tired at the end! Also, read over your works Razhem, the only thing I can point out is basically every time you said "specially", you should have said "espcecially" instead. Otherwise, they look really good!
  8. Thanks, can't believe I stuffed that Def stance up! I've added a few bits to Komainu and done the rough draft for Lone Sowrdsman, think I've got everything down for him, but may have missed something. I can do a write up on Peasants & Katanaka snipers. As well as Kaimatachi & the Dawn Serpant, although I don't have much experience with these 2.
  9. Finished Komainu. It looks a little brief (especially compared to the 10T Bro, which I was using as a base), but I think I covered everything I can think of. If anyone has anything extra or has any ideas on how to flesh it out, please let me know!

  11. I had 40SS game tonight using Mei as 10T against Arcanists. Ran the following list: 8 Rail Crew 40 1 Mei Fang 3 Seismic claws 1 Recalled Training 1 1 Kaimatachi 4 1 Toshiro, the Daimyo 9 Command the Graves 1 1 Willie 6 2 Komainu 10 2 Tengu 8 The game was possibly one of the most fun games for me. Mei was awesome! Seismic claws pushing people into hazardous terrain & then killing them with the follow up kick! When Wave 3 comes out, I think Wings of Wind will be almost auto for Mei as she doesn't have a (0) action to compete with the (o) push (which is really good in itself) & being able to push at the end of the turn just adds to her already impressive pushing repetoir. The Kaimatachi was gold too. Even though Mei never needed to discard Recalled training it was there & being a signifigant minion being able to push people (including itself) is really good. All I actually used it for was its impressive speed, its pushes & being able to place a Stake a Claim marker. All of which it shone at! Toshiro & the Dogs (there's a '60's band name for you!) performs well as always. These are becoming some of my favourites! Willie was in there mostly for fun (Everyone loves a good Willie!) The Tengu, did what they do... I needed them for the Strat & Schemes, which they are undeniably brilliant at! Another good Synergy piece would be the Dawn Serpant. He's a minion, so Toshiro can give him Fast & the Kaimatachi can push him & he's breath attack gives out Burning which goes nicely for Mei to claw. One to think about for a 50SS game... Such a fun game! I'd deffinately reccommend for people to break out of the "theme" list... Theres so much for Mei in 10T!

  14. Chiaki is golden at removing conditions for rezzers, plus she can give a bit of healing as well! Otherwise make Kaeris pay for getting in position to shoot stuff. Nurses can paralyze you back and no one likes Hanged! There's also enough accomplice that rezzers can use to combo hit her too. Also with Reckoning, rather that go for numbers, use the corpse counters to bring stuff in at higher wounds. HtK and keeping within Nicos + auras should help a bit too. Hope this helps! I'm far from a Nico expert...

  16. It also depends on what the rest of the crew look like. If they're dancing around doing kung-fu tricks out the wazzoo, than I can really dig this plain (but strong) pose. I just expected something more in keeping with the Low River Monks.
  17. So we can see the concept art for Shenlong in the latest episode of Wyrd Chronicles of Pg5. So what do we think? For me, it's actually kind of disappointing, the Monks of Low River have a real uniqueness to them whereas Shenlong just looks like another Monk... which I know some people will probably be jumping for joy, but I was hoping they would keep the low river style going. Need to see the rest of the crew though. Love to hear your thoughts!
  18. Kirai is undoubtedly my favourite! She was my first master & what drew me to the game with the whole Japanese vibe. Game wise I really loved her mechanics, which were unfortunately overpowered which led to me stop using her (or starting the game with only 1-2 Seishin!). Also in love with her M2E version & look forward to using her again!

Don't know if you're available, but I'd love to give you a game using Kirai, so I can see your playstyle with her (I think we'd probably learn a fair bit from each other as it seems we have very different styles & opinions in where we want her to go... ).   24. That works with the V1 models, but when I tried to do it with the new models (Peasants & Ansatsu-sha, to be exact), there was no option in the drop down menu & CTRL+L did nothing
