  1. These look great! Two awesome looking McCabe crews of late. AS its the only box I really want and don't have, you guys are making it really tough to resist! Dear Santa...
  2. Is that as breakable as it looks? Looks good though.
  3. You can always make some with all those CD cases your ipod made obsolete. Break it up and glue it down. You can also use wall plaster as snow and not mess with the powder. Touch to see the CD case ice in this one but you get the idea
  4. Looks rad. Maybe some crates or barrels and a wagon in the street to add some more cover?
  5. All of those are very valid questions and decisions to be made by Wyrd. All the busts I've ever owned (3) where all resin and one has some metal componants. I do have my grubby mits on the only bust Wyrd bust I know to have been produced and it is resin but from a couple years ago. No clue what direction they would go these days but I wouldn't be suprised if they tried it out in plastic. Hell, they may even be able to use the specs they already have from 3D mapping of the plastics and upscale them, add more detail and tweak a lil bit. I think the two I paid for where in the $25-$40 range and are about 4-6"
  6. That desperate Merc on the right sode of the screen right now wouln't suck either.
  7. Envirotex lite has a very exothermic reaction and can give off a fair amount of heat with volume, so be careful with thin plastic bits and anything that may melt or warp. It can also "creep" on you. If there is a texture it can crawl up, Sometimes it has on me. Never thought it would creep "uphill" while it dries, but it has on occasion. I'd also reccomend painting anythign you have emerging from the water with the mix first, as to reduce the surface tension when you pour it in. Other than that I really like this product. Also watch out for dust and cat/dog/girlfriend hair while setting. I usually put my stuff under an upside down box or something to keep crud from falling into it. Wyrd bases can be very cool on their own: This water/ripples was done with sculpty and then topped with Envirotex lite Same product just with paint added to create murkyness.
  8. How sweet would it be to have a big ol Oiran bust next to all my Nutcrackers on my fireplace mantle in my library that is full of many leatherbound books and smells of rich mahagony.
  9. Like any good resser... I'm bringing it back! Wyrd Busts Please!! Don't let us painters down Wyrd. We were here with you before Malifuax made you all rich and famous, so you know we really care. *grin*
