Corwin
Does vertical distance of a model affect engagement range. For example Hans is on a hight 4 tower, Pandora is on the ground. Hans is 1 inch from the edge. With her 3" range can Pondora attack Hans from the ground assming she is within 3"?

0 Dogmantra
the difference in elevation is added to the distance between the models for the purposes of attacks, so in this case Pandora would not be able to reach Hans at all, because they have a difference in elevation of 4, which is longer than her range. The only time the Ht of either model comes into play is if the attacker's Ht is greater than the difference between the Ht of the two pieces of terrain. To engage Hans in this example you need to be in Base contact to the tower and have a 5" engagement range (for ht 1-4 Models) or ht 5 and at least 1" engagement
