Other than that you add the ht so anyone on a ht 3 point of terrain will be hard to reach for most models.

You ignore the ht difference if the lower model has greater ht than the vantage point.  (Not equal to)

To engage Hans in this example  you need to be in Base contact to the tower and have a 5" engagement range (for ht 1-4 Models) or  ht 5 and at least 1" engagement
