  1. Hello. I am doing quite alright in M3E. The thing is 80% of all my lists contain this dude either in primary or more often secondary role. The fact that with a bit of preparations and luck you can arrange 2 MG turn 1 and 2 just sells him so hard. And he is a quite handy dude himself. Some examples: Lucius: scribe Dashel+Dispatcher changeling/Lawyer Agent 46 Rifleman Steward This list is quite good at keeping opponent at bay and 2 horses do everything shemewise. Early you just buff the hell Up the Agent who then delivers early hell with the stolen rifle. Later (when agent is probably dead) lucius himself can assist with some backup fire. And if one of the summons is dead you can bring unexpected summon (and in exact spot where you need a marker denied). Nellie: press Dashel+Dispatcher Allison Pale Rider Reporter Steward This crew is very sticky. Really good at tarpitting. First turn MG is personall taxi for Nellie and Pale Rider is hanging out with Allison. Nellie with some backup from Dashel is almost unkillable. "Dashel and sons Taxi&Summoning" Dashel: Dispatcher MG Sonnia The Judge Guild Steward. Fetch some cards with the Judge, find those masks and a 12, then Sonnia gets a free ride to whenever, Buff her some with Focuses from both Steward and Dashel and she can wreck some turn one. Dont worry about 9 stones - you will probably be glad you have some pass tokens from turn one, and chances are you wont have them anymore 😄 And finally the dreaded 3 master madness: Dashel: Dispatcher Sonnia Flame Perdita Steward Dog (Dog and a Flame can be exchanged for a pathfinder for a bit more safety for sonnia) Almost too bad you need a minion for the enemy SM, Perdita can be an aggresive starter with a walk, bravado, finger on a trigger. I use this either the first activation (if i need to find masks) or later after the dispatcher if i am looking for high card. She can later be a really nice flanker all by herself. Sonnia is recieving all the focus care from Himself and a steward. The list is a bit short on acrivations, but can snowball like hell if played right. BTW, after a lot of thinking i can safely say keywords are a lie. Just take what you want. The cost will not matter if you have a good plan. What are your thoughts?
  2. More wounds, hard to kill, healing and + flips. Seems like a no brainier to me. Ryle is better.
  3. I am eager to hear the report. Thought about something similar for a while. PK seems the best for mid control just due to harpoon gun and flurry.
  4. The thing i like the most with Nellie is Guild Steward. Hey you! Charge the guy! OHHH MY GOOD they killed Ken.. Steward! If the enemy model survived the 4/6/8 it should have lots of trouble anyway with the adversary (enemy) on it. This thing can be really unexpected. Especially good in staging DtG or finishing Vendetta.
  5. Can you elaborate about building evidence? Are you fishing for tomes on wp duels or ditching cards?
  6. Can you recall your matchups and S/S for those games? I am very interested. In fact all of our local meta is interested.
  7. You need to lose the duel to gain evidence and you cannot declare triggers if you relent the duel. Priority is to save good cards for turn 2 so you dont want to cheat if possible. This list is not a "fun list" per se, it is in fact pretty competitive and is indeed funto play 😃 I usually manage to save most my cards in hand (keep good, discard bad), gain 2 stones and still manage to position myself for my benefit for second turn.
  8. Hello! So, i made use of some less used models. Here is the deal: Nellie, Guild Funds, Misleading Hedlines +1 (usually delegation) Press. Guardian or Pistolero de Latigo or Mounted Guard (Guardian is prefered, Mounted Guard is least preferred. You NEED those +flips on defence) Jury Those are essentials. My usuall list is Queeg +Promises, Watcher, field reporter and +1 big beater (Phiona, Judge) and some upgrades. So whats the big deal? 1) Guardian activates and focus (0) on Nellie. Walks a bit. 2) Press is hitting Nellie for an ideal +3 evidence (2 hits and 1 (0)) on her trigger. +flips on defence are essential. 3) Watcher activates and hits Nellie for 0-2 damage and an ideal 2 evidence. 4) You can now skip activations using evidence or cards. Use evidence if you have a great hand. And keep 6+mask or an unneded card for a Jury's condition removal on Nellie. 5) Prepare for the next turn. Get your evidence even higher with Queeg if needed. 6) Remove slow from Nellie with Jury. 7) Nellie activates last and hands out fasts. you can farm those 2 soulstones with ease on the first turn and still get an upper hand in activations to prepare for the second turn. +BONUS Nellie (Misleading headlines, guild funds, delegation) press, Guardian, Emissary Papa loco (expert sleuth) Jury (expert sleuth) Queeg (expert sleuth) 1) Get yourself a nice stack of evidence 2) Skip activations (keep the good cards if able!). 3) remove slow/heal queegs punishment from Nellie with Jury 4) Bury Loco, get him and emissary fast or push emissary a bit to be in range instead of fast on Loco. 5) deliver Loco. Loco activates and hands out his dynamite to emissary. Shoots somebody if able. Next turn discard upgrades for +6 to initiative and stone if neccesary 6) Emissary activates and shoots eerything with +flip to damage. Walks away to safety. 7) Papa chain activates and decimates everything still alive.
  9. Can you elaborate? I can't quite grasp the needed preparations for that. Is it done turn 2? What is the exact order of actions? In my thoughts you need at least flank deployment for that. Or do you keep him in the box "just in case" for an opportunity to present itself? A roster and a brief example of this working out will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

  11. Indeed. And Hoffman himself with the henchman of choice can do all the killing. Francisco feats well - buffed up lone marshal is just silly. I like to watch my opponent dedicate half of his team to stop my marshal and fails miserably.
  12. Hoffman is my pick of choice for symbols of athority. Cyborg nimble (0) interacts lone marshal is almost unstoppable marker picking machine with free + attack. And matching scheme (punish the weak) feats him well.
  13. Yes, mostly i agree. I just tend to play devil's advocate. But i still have questions. Does the free (0) count towards the 1 (0) per activation rule? Can you still use Injection or Expunge after the free (0)?
  14. The main point of the opposers to those arguments that this in fact does something. Enables the use of the (0) out of activation. This is not much, but anyway.
  15. To somebody it is pretty clear, but if we were in an agreement in our community i would not have written this topic =P
  16. Nobody is arguing the point of the action being free. The thing is it is still a (0) action and i suppose rules still apply. It is pretty similar to a trigger on Cassandra, true. The (1) action says it can be done only 1 time per turn, so i'd say you can get it from trigger for free, but you cant use it as a standalone action anymore this turn. If it is true, then guild coroner (0) action shenanigans are pretty useless.
  17. We have a little argument considering the abovementioned upgrade. We are talking about "Time of Death? Before I Got Here!" So which interpretation is correct? 1) You may do multiple (0) actions with the mentioned upgrade in a single activation, but only if you made a (0) action BEFORE killing somebody with a action. Afterwards you can take a (0) actions only after killing someone with a action and those on the upgrade itself. 2) You may not do multiple (0) actions with the mentioned upgrade in a single activation. This wording is only for possibility of killing other models not in your activation (Death Marshal reqruiter's "Into The Fray"). Discuss.

  19. Nellie does not need merks right now. 3 guild beaters wil LLC is super tought to kill right now. Judge with LLC and Unrelenting leader is the same cost as peacekeeper and tougher to kill, especially with WP attacks and he is pretty nice support as well! Bishop for 9 is nice, but he is pretty straightforward. I like models with multiple roles available to them.

Flank Symbols, Punish the Weak (we both took it), Covert Breakthrough, Public Demonstration (both took it), Take Prisoner Guild McMourning: Guild Coroner, Test Subjects, On the Clock -Sebastian -Kudra + Debt to the Guild -Myranda Zombie Chiuahuahua Razorspine Rattler Scorpius Brutal Effigy Nurse Against Molly: Archie, Sybelle, 2 Doxies, 2 R. belles, lots of upgrades. Won 8 (4 stategy, 3 punish and 1 for public demo, damn its so hard to do schemes against allknowing Molly) - 7 (2 strat, 3 public demo, 2 punish the weak). Was a really tough start with plenty of action turn 1-2 (totem and Nurse died on turn 1, rattler got smoked turn 2) and me doing almost nothing with a really crap hand and draws. No severes in hand before turn 3. But i kept doing strat and shemes and got through. Doctor did one good turn killing a belle and doxie in one activation, but the rest of the game he was mostly paralyzed by Molly or slowed by a Belle and missing his attacks/failing horror checks. Myranda is superb, as is Kudra. Rattler is pretty nice i guess - lots of mobility, but he was focused pretty early (though got 3 or 4 AP to kill - thats pretty nice for 6 ss!). Blessed of december appearing from Myranda was a real MVP securing the last strategy marker on the enemy side.
  21. Guild Guards are amazing now. Looking forward to Guardsmen lists for Sonnia and Lady J. Cheap and powerfull. Allyson Dade/Dashel/Queeg Combo for the win! 10 activations on every master is not a dream anymore. Cant quite grasp the need to play McCabe now. Judge is now very tempting. LLC is huge buff for Cyber Hoff. Nellie will also be glad. 3-4 Henchman lists will be pretty common. Sam is still crap, and so is Pale Rider. I am not going to bother =\ Lawyer on the other hand is super nice for 5 ss. 6-6-5-6 with finish the job, pretty nice defensive ability and support to the crew? I expect to use one every other game. Why not?
  22. Well, i did try Sonnia with Dashel list and it was suprisingly fun.
  23. My go-to vs. Outcasts list is often Nellie + Aionus + pathfinder. I guess nothing will change in GG18. Maybe adding one recruiter will be not a bad idea.
  24. The thing is I dont see them together at all and i wonder why. Is 1 SS difference compared to Scribe not worth one more "Issue command" or "What lackeys are for" pet turn? I htink the pottential is quite nice with Thralls in the pool. Thoughts?
  25. Classic guild start - Perdita box (The Latigo Posse) with something extra. Monster Hunters would be perfect, but they are not out yet. For example you can get brutal effigy for utility and scheming + Jury for synergy with Perdita/Santiago (and heals/condition removing).
