Doubles? I am in! Eagerly awaiting payment link. Just for clarification: Do the henchmen have to be from the same faction? There is no master? Is it fixed crew? Do you have to evenly split the 50ss? Can your combined cache exceed 7ss? Are the henchmen leaders free (not part of the 50ss)? How many questions am I allowed to ask? 😋

Well if you work on the basis that everyone knows the strats and schemes in advance you can attempt to work out what sort of forces you may be facing, without being able to directly hard counter. I think at the end of the day you simply won't be able to make everyone happy when you are running an event for 100+ people. I think people need to go with the flow a bit and take their fun from the tons of cool games and great banter with folk from all over the world. I am still waiting for people to swear at me in Polish

Thanks Dave, I was pretty torn regarding food. Stuff at nationals was pretty good and, as you say, it's not the most ideal spot. However I have opted for no food because it's the thing that bothers people the most, it seems, when they go to events. It also causes a great deal more stress and work for me with things like dietary requirements. Maybe after a successful event I'll consider it again, but for now I'm sticking to baby steps.

Had an absolutely amazing time, will come back for more as long as I am able! The scenarios all seemed to work pretty well imo. One thing I would say is that in the final game you probably should have been less secretive with information in the third game. At the start we ground to a halt a couple of times waiting for help because you needed to help others. I'm all for (nasty) surprises, but a couple of the core mechanics (black joker attack and streaming stuff) would have made things smoother. Didn't stop it being an absolutely fantastic game. Ticket bought. I will definitely be up for dinner. Had a weird problem though. Had this on a blank white page. Not Found The requested URL /webapps/www.derbyworlds.com/successfulpayment was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Got an email receipt though, but would appreciate a double check please.

I wouldn't add a Master's slot, but it might be fun if Kai and Jamie are willing to put the work in. I'd say it should take the best result from each faction result and be out of seven events to be a true "rainbow warrior"

Had an absolute blast. Great weekend. Thanks to everyone involved. Loved the alternative games and restrictions the format created, made for really enjoyable games. As I said at the end I would definitely do it again, but my preference would be for either building or painting and not both. More time to chat to lovely people that way. ?
