This year will feature the not often seen Tag Team Malifaux rules. This is how it works: All players will need to create a 25ss Master led list, a 25ss Henchmen led list, and a 50ss standard list. At the start of the each event day, players will be randomly paired with other players and decide who will be the master and who will be the henchmen. They will then play against another paired team, or if there is an odd number of people that is where that 50ss list comes in. All encounters will be holiday movie themed story encounters picked out by three fellow henchmen. The winning team will then get to pick one of three options: Exchange minis with other, exchange minis with their opponent, or exchange their mins for the mystery prize boxes. Story encounters are my favorite part of Malifaux.

A fun place where people can eat and get scared by Neverborn themed constructs. You will be playing the role of an overnight security guard in a team of other guards as you watch over the place to make sure no one steals the secrets to the constructs. Just a little cleaning and maintenance is all that required, can't be too hard. Odd thing is, you have to work at least four nights before you can decide if you don't want the job, but what would be so bad that you would not want to work there? This league will be little Malifaux, a hint of TTB, and a dash of a board game. Work as a team to make it through the nights. All you need is you favorite model for your character. Work starts on October 2nd.

I keep getting this warning that I used up my attachment limit, how do you remove old attachments? Does that limit even mean anything now days?

Don't get me wrong, I love some of the features. Like the model tracker and what not. Just not use in a game.

I like some of the features, but I have never been a fan of using apps for gaming. Too many forgot entries, difficult to check someone else's list, makes it a little hard to know what your opponent has in their crew. Never been a fan of apps for games.

The gencon page only shows them as 3 in a box. That is a bit much for only two models. But stranger things have happened on gencon.

Very true, what looks good on paper is not always great on table top. I will try it out and see how it goes.

If you want to keep it more in line with Malifaux first, I would keep the turn limit of 6 and change it to first to 12 VP or most scored. Also, you need to make the ball marker and goal markets Impassible. Otherwise a 40mm base could stand on the ball marker and stop scoring in favor of kills and the same for the goal marker with a 50mm base. There should also be a cause in the conditions that they can not be removed by any means, or some models can use abilities to knock the ball marker off.

Wow! I was just thinking of trying out something like this also. We have a few guild ball players in the area and a few play malifaux also. I am going to try it out this weekend.

Anyone is able to enter and join in. Here are some rules: The league will be fixed faction. Encounters can be up to 50 ss standard games. Players will pick hideouts. As players fight in the encounters, they will use their differential to deal damage to the other player’s hideout! Not to worry, if you suffer a great loss, you can sacrifice a master to reduce the damage, but that will remove them from the league. Will your hideout make it until the end?

They look amazing, but also with a terrible point of contact for the base.
