The gremlins are really hard to get the hang of, but easily one of my favorite crews. The gun line was my least favorite way to go, until the Ophelia box was released, I like the crew you built, it would work great, and i would love to try it myself. You were also asking for another crew to counteract the gremlins, hmmm. I would go with either Colette or Ramos, they have powers that are totally different, Ramos in particular is easy to pick up, but hard to master, so he is a good master to learn with, and should be a fun fight.

And we all have to remember GW is a company who in the past has admited to charging based on in game efficacy, if you want a winning army you pay out the butt, also no valid comparison to cheap plastic GW and metal here cannot be rightfully made. If you are going to argue a space marine being 2.50, i would love to see you play a game with ten space marines.

What is meant by SS tax is the rule stating that if you can, hire a model out of faction and you do so it costs 1Ss more, for instance, big Z who is a neverborn, chooses to hire gremlins who are outcasts, they would be purchased at 2SS+1SS=3SS (per gremlin).

It was an allusion to the Biblically scholarly as is Leveticus' whole persona, The Hooded Rider in the Bible is depicted as wearing a hood, he is famine thus the horse he rides lacking a stomach, it is starved. The Mechanical Rider (Plague) is depicted with a bow and arrow, the mechanical rider does not have one, but rather a javelin, the only rider thus far to have a ranged attack. The horse itself is not alive, and the biblical rider carried the bow signifying that there was no hiding from plague, the javelin serves the same purpose. Leveticus like I mentioned earlier is a living interpretation of a Lazerous pit, a Biblical tale from the book of Leveticus.
