Got to disagree there Tuttleboy, the rules on Conditions say:

 

 

Fast and Slow cancel each other, remove both from the model if they are present at the same time.

 

If you're fast, and you get slow, they both fall off. Then you can be made fast again, and even slowed to cancel that too if someone wants to play condition yoyo. All without the model activating. 

 

Fast, slow, fast would result in a fast model, a model where both conditions are removed leaving it normal, then a fast model again.

Just for completeness though, if you give a model fast, fast, slow, then the second fast would fall off since the model is already fast, and finally the slow would hit canceling out the remaining fast.  Net result:  Normal speed model.

 

short version:  order is important.
