Location: Quex Barn Quex Park Estate Birchington Kent CT7 0BB Ranked Event Pool Size: 100SS - Fixed Faction Game Size: 50SS Rounds: 3 Best Painted: Crew Registration: 11am Cost: £10 The story so far... As mentioned above, registration starts at 11am and the first game is due to start at 11:30am. Food will be available throughout the day with hopefully a meal deal being arranged with the venue. Lunch will take place between the first and second game, this will also be when the players can put their crews on show for the best painted crew competition. There will be a short break between games 2 and 3 whilst the match-ups for the final round have been drawn. Once all the games have been played there will be a presentation ceremony to hand out the prizes. This will be a 16 player tournament, if we max out and there is still more folks interested we shall look into finding a bigger venue. The Venue has changed to Quex Barn, they have a coffee bar so tea and coffee is available all day, but they also sell Ales, Ciders, Wines and Mead! Obviously it could be pretty cold in January so what better way to spend a day of Malifaux than in a barn with a beer in hand?! Oathius Posted October 15, 2013 Author Report Share Posted October 15, 2013 Not sure if anyone coming from further afield plans on staying over on the Saturday but Ben and myself will be planning a meal and drinks for the Saturday night if anybody is interested? There are plenty of Premier Inns and Travelodges nearby, in fact the Margate Premier Inn is a couple of minutes drive away and you only have to drive down one road to get to and from the Venue.
