Linus Mcmold
There is a creepy shop with a mannequin (or sumsuch insane construct) that kills people somewhere in the slums mentioned in the Ten Thunders story in Storm of Shadows (one with the detective). Also there is a famous saloon/asian brothel-bar somewhere in Little Kingdom (China Town inside Malifaux) that is mentioned in both books 1 & 2, where Kirai used to work and I think Viktoria met Zoraida to get a contract for some business concerning Kithera. I've returned the books to my friend, so I can't check for those names, but someone here might...
i_was_like_you
Said brothel is the Qi & Gong. Let's not forget Levi's shop, Leveticus' Captivating Salvage and Logistics: An Eye for Every Detail. Linus Mcmold
Ah, the asian themed bar in Little Kingdom is Qi and Gong. (EDIT the man who was like me beat me to it) Also you want to check the Map of Malifaux for some other place references.

The attempt itself takes place in Tannery Hall, home of Lord and Lady Tannery.

Piranhamoose
Madam Sybelle's Saloon is used in Sybelle's description in book 1, or is the establishment legitimately called Red Chapel? I haven't come across the name in any of the fluff I've read so far. The Governor General's Mansion and a lot of the Guild offices are in an area designated as the Guild Enclave, which happens to have a street called Old London running through it. Other locations whithin: the Offices of Madam Criid, the Guild Forensic's Building The name of the saloon in the Little Kingdom that Viktoria met Zoraida in is The Qi and Gong. ---------- Post added at 10:18 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:18 AM ---------- I have also made up some such as Nicodem Undertaker a d McMornings Surgery McMorning works out of the Guild Forensic's Building. dedonta
What do you guys think a good font would be for these establishment's signs? Old west or the more characteristic Malifaux font?
Kalkris
What do you guys think a good font would be for these establishment's signs? Old west or the more characteristic Malifaux font? From an alt. historical perspective, itd be best to stencil out the words with a standard western font (or a collection of said standard western fonts). I don't think the fonts used in Malifaux (for the most part, with things like Bleeding Cowboy perhaps being an exception) would have been used in olden times. ~Lil Kalki
Mister Shine
Bleeding Cowboys just cause its a good font
