I must've missed it. Now have to go read more! :tongue2: It was a tiny bit unnecessary. Most of the time where it came into effect and could be abused, there was a rule on the card itself to stop the abuse. Eg voracious rats, said you could only get one rat, and that is about the only summon that came as a reaction to death. The Gremlin ability said only one gremlin could draw cards. I assume it depends on what generates them. If you pay a cost (#) then it will be an action. if they are generated by something like lure they will be an effect.
