  2. I have the app, but looking for a spreadsheet type checklist for the models to date and their hiring keywords. Catching up after a long hiatus of play and wanted to see where I have gaps. Wasn't sure if anyone had created one.
  3. Strumpet did cover the bit I ignored as you didn't indicate whether A was/was not engaged with X. That would be a factor as well. For your follow up: A. Would generate the two blasts for 1 damage. Weak damage never generates blasts, hence no blasts on the weak damage entries.
  4. When a model is immune to blasts that's the damage from the blast. The initial damage in the spread, the 5 points, would be applied to model A and then the blast damage (4 moderate) to the 4 other models. So: Yes, it's legal to range the blast that way. HOWEVER, A would have suffered the initial 5 damage to make it work.

  7. Everyone's got it. A (0) can be attempted once in a standard activation. Extra (1) AP from Fast or whatnot cannot be used to perform another (0). Bonus (0) Actions come from things like Instinctual.

  12. The model may have the options on the sprue, but it'll perform on the table just like it states on the cards. Dismounted McCabe's game rules have the whip and sabre regardless of what's in the model's hands. He just looks awfully cool with the net gun in-hand.
  13. Fortunately, hindsight is 20/20. IF I could go back and reset the rules (and all the cards) all at once it would be Strike Flip, believe me. But at this point it would take reprinting every card referencing one or the other (attack or Attack Flip) with whatever new language we used (Strike Flip) and the rulebook. So we come on every so often and re-explain that "Attack Flip" is defined in the rules and "attacks" are defined in the rules for the new players who haven't clicked into the 'very badly implemented' game term usage.

  15. No. 'attacks' are that group listed on page 1 of this thread. an Attack Flip is a specific type of flip generated during a Strike Duel. If it makes it easier for folks, until there is a 2.0, pretend any Attack Flip is read as Strike Flip. The only time you will see the general group classified as 'attacks' capitalized is when it starts a sentence. If you see "Attack" followed by "Flip" it's referencing the standard Strike duel specifically. It may be the 'worst design flaw' ever in the game, but it's pretty standard to work through if you keep the capitalization in mind. 'attack' = group. 'Attack' + "Flip" always = during a Strike Duel. /disengaging snark gene.

  17. Just in time for the holidays we've completed the long-awaited (and, yes, overdue) errata for the Hamelin suite of models. Outside of rewriting all of the models completely this was the batch of changes we felt keeps Hamelin's core concept and play style intact but closes loopholes and balances him thereby allowing players to place him on the table without feeling dirty or being chased out of the county. Before you ask, yes, there WILL BE a PDF of the revised stat cards online in the next couple weeks, but in the meantime this errata is legal for all games. Rather than clutter up this post with the inevitable discussion I'm closing the thread and opening a discussion thread below. HAMELIN Replace text for Indiscriminant Void with: “When this model would be killed or sacrificed, sacrifice a friendly The Stolen within 3” of it instead. Heal all wounds and remove all effects on this model. This model receives -4 Ca until the end of the Encounter.   19. What they said. Don't read into it. A Push is the distance indicated. If it's no more (or less) than a specific distance it'll be listed as such. Like Push to within 3" or Push the model back until it is 3" away from X, and so forth. A Push the model X" is that far, there's no limitation other than terrain/other models to prevent the Push from reaching that distance.
