But then I got almost a foot of water in there over the summer. I didn't lose to much but the money I had to remodel it(and buy a new TV) had to go to waterproofing it. Maybe next year That sucks; I was terrified of water issues but thankfully the previous owners were pretty hardcore about home renovations so it was completely waterproofed be fore we moved in.
