WEiRD sKeTCH
From the upcoming errata: Exhume Description should read as: "Flip a Fate Card from the top of your Fate Deck. If the card is a :crows, place 1 Corpse Counter within 6” of this model. The flip may be cheated. This spell may only be cast once per turn. Just wanted to give you dead dogs some bones. So to speak. Aldyhide
So, its an action and not a spell now?
WEiRD sKeTCH
It's a spell still.
Aldyhide
It's a spell still. Oh, I see. I'm really failing at noticing underlines and reading today. This is certainly a bad trend. Thanks anyway WS!
Hatchethead
Yay! Mortimer will be useful again! That's awesome news, thanks Sketch. I honestly thought you guys would alter the flip conditions, something akin to, "if the card is a 10, 11, 12, 13 or Joker" ... but I like this even better. I'll def be running Nico a lot more, now. greenstuff_gav
glad i started painting him this week! sorry Sybelle, but Mort is cooler and more useful
Atticus
That is indeed a welcome change. I don't know if I would go so far as to say more useful than Sybelle though. Guess it depends on how you're planning on using them, and whether you like the ladies and plump ones at that. :parental
Hatchethead
I can actually see taking Mort w/ McMourning as well, now. Having those additional corpse counters to break down into body parts. Flesh Constructs, ahoy! Fast McM, avast!
ork56
woohoo! great news now I have a chance at it being succesful Mort really is too cool to be left behind, now there is no reason to.

WEiRD sKeTCH
That's pretty cool, Just wondering when the next Errata is due. Soon. It will be more like tweaks to the Characters than the actual rules of the game that needed fixing.
Hatchethead
Soon. It will be more like tweaks to the Characters than the actual rules of the game that needed fixing. Will the new errata include updated LoS/cover rules, at least?

shekbo
Loving it. Now I have a bit more of a chance against crews that don't give me corpses when they die! (frickin pandora and her woes...) I'm not racist. I'll use woe corpses. don't see why not. Plus, we have necropunks! We can use constructs! We're resourceful bastards, us ressurrectionists! Nephilim corpses? Looks good! he'd make a great zombie! sorry. rant over. ahem.
Mentor
The new change made running Morti with Seamus a blast. Seamus was a happy man with all the fresh meat that was piling up around him.... if you know what I mean.
Korcheski
Um I am sorry if this was answered elsewhere, but do you need to have prepaid for a canine if you summon one using Mort's All My Friends spell?
WEiRD sKeTCH
Um I am sorry if this was answered elsewhere, but do you need to have prepaid for a canine if you summon one using Mort's All My Friends spell? Nope. You get it if you cast the spell successfully and have all the costs for the spell covered. (Corpse Counter, etc.)

shekbo
Another silly question: Say I had a clump of doggies and Mortimer, if I companioned one of them, would they all gain companion, because of mans best friend?
tenabrae
They wouldn't have to but they could. And it could spread beyond 3" because man's best friend could chain it out.

Um I am sorry if this was answered elsewhere, but do you need to have prepaid for a canine if you summon one using Mort's All My Friends spell? No you don't have to pay for them, I wouldn't bother with Canines though to be honest.. Belles or Crooked Men would almost always be better I think.. Edit ~~~~~ Didn't notice page 3..
