Rathnard
I painted Pandora's crew back in January/February 2010, got hooked and have slowly been working my way through my ever-growing Malifaux collection. I have the kind of camera skills that makes you want to gouge your eyes out, but I'm proud enough of the little fellas that I thought I'd inflict them on you anyway. First Pandora Pic; My painted collection as of November 2010; Pandora Crew, now with 'Sleepy' the Gunslinger and a Doppelganger! Zoraida's old Starter Box Crew; Zoraida herself! Together with her voodoo doll, some stylishly dressed gremlins and 'sleepy' Zoraida and the Doppelganger's back, together with that lovable rascal, teddy. UPDATED January 2011! KillJoy and the Mature Nephilim (I finally managed to upload them!) A Poltergeist, my Waldgeists and the adorable vomit worm! The Distinguished Mr Leviticus, ...his scandalously young consort, Alyce, Bete Noir, the bloody bride, and Jack Daw. Marcus and his creepy Jackalope! May 2011 Update: The Great Sea of Pink as it stands! Pandora Zoraida Lilith! Leveticus. Ophelia LaCroix! Last but not least, Marcus! Chucklemonkey
Loving it. Had a similar idea for my Teddy, can anyone say carebear! The roses are unique, did you make them?
Parintachin
That's a nice, solid pink (o: Would like a rose tutorial as well.
Kagelong
So pink, and yet so scary.
Etna's Vassal
Yes!!! I love it! Have you ever heard of the "Bubblegum Cryx Army"? You should look it up if you're really as into pink as you seem to be. ...Which seems to be quite a bit...
Nathan Caroland
Awesome! The roses on the bases give it that extra punch.
Lucifer_Drake
F'ning brilliant. That put a VERY big smile on my face. Not the biggest fan of pink but it works!

Rathnard
Thanks guys! Half the reason I got Pandora was because I wanted to try doing a bright pink force (Teddy was the other half ), so I gotta say I was pretty pleased with how they turned out. Would like a rose tutorial as well. It was a very time-consuming and complicated process; 1. Go to Spotlight (Australian store - sells fabric thingies). 2. Buy a packet of small fabric roses in the colour of your choice 3. Glue them onto your model's bases. Have you ever heard of the "Bubblegum Cryx Army"? You should look it up if you're really as into pink as you seem to be. ...Which seems to be quite a bit... Hmm, yes, Rathnard approves. I've actually just started a Hordes Trollblood army. Right now I'm planning on painting them bright orange, but going for pink again is very tempting... It just occured to me that I posted this is in the wrong forum. Oh well, never mind. nightgaunt98c
Looks good. Definitely stands out.
razide
Looks good. That is a really nice pink tone. Spotlight shops are getting hard to find over here in the east they keep closing down. Actually I first thought your roses were cake decorations.

Rathnard
Thanks for the comments! Someday I am going to get around to a Candy Land inspired Neverborn set... some day. Well I'm on my way...I've ordered (and mostly recieved) almost the entire Neverborn range (only missing the Cherub and any unreleased models). I'm still assembling the suckers, but the future is looking distinctly pink

JarnabyBones
This is amazing, and that Teddy frightens the crap out of me. Am looking forward to seeing how you pull off a pink Mature Nephilim.
thaehl
You know part of me wants to disapprove, and deny, but in reality this is one of the most mind blowingly frightening crews ive seen, not much for camouflage though.

Old Crow
Saw this thread for the first time today and had to reply... Bravo, Rathnard, your pink Pandora crew is brilliant and well executed! I never gave much consideration to Pandora, but seeing your fine work and having just finished watching My Neighbor Totoro with my kids, I find myself inspired! Thanks for sharing! KirigakurenoHaku
This is so dreadfully delightful and peppy! Thaehl was telling me of your work, and I had expected something that was aesthetically off-putting, but you managed to use your pink in such a strong manner, with powerful accenting colors. This is wonderful!
