I keep forgetting m3e stuff like burning not going away and condition kills helping in reckoning. A savvy opponent would be bringing some condition removal so you need good target priority.

The worst isn't condition removal, because you can often kill off those models.  The worst is masters like von shtook, with condition removal that also gives fast.

Do we have any models that possess the ‘unnerving presence’ ability?

That ability exists on one model in the game.  (The app has text search, you can search across the entire card collection.)

On the other hand, the italic text "The target may not declare Resistance Triggers during this Action" or similar occurs on:

• Executioner Claws
  • Howard Langston
  • Executioner
  • Jonathan Reichart
• Mining Tools
  • Soulstone Miner
  • Union Miner
  • Prospector
  • Crooked Man
• Gang Weapons
  • Huckster
  • Ruffian

And then there's just finding a model with a trigger to apply Stunned, which is a whole lot (7 models in Guild, which isn't the worst compared to Outcast's 2).

There's a big difference between the target and any model within 6. Thunders has some great models (and very good upgrades).
