i picked up the brutal emissary thinking i would have a use for it but im having a hard time fitting him into a list. i mainly play sonnia, mcmorning, and nellie. any advice on when/why take him with any of these masters or which masters best benefit from him.

pg 64 of the small rulebook: a crew may only hire one model with the totem characteristic. in addition, some totems characteristics list a master...only crews lead byt the listed master may hire these totem models. so in short yes you can hire a totem with a henchman as the leader. but the totem may not be a masters totem.

29) have easily identifiable markers, dont say that when a blank base is upside down it means its a corpse marker and when it is right side up that it is a scheme marker.

wasnt there an announcement before the guilder store opened up that said the store would be updated with new stuff when it opened up. now my memory is a little off sometimes but i do believe it was on the guilders page when they first announced it.

titania and aeslin can both discard scheme markers for a boost in dmg plus if you give aeslin or another model the malifaux provides you have another way to discard scheme markers.

actually titania and her crew can go either way in df/wp duels. less than half atk actions are wp based and they all have curse of autumn or equivalent. however i find myself hardly using wp abilities other than the challenges and i build acordingly. buy i do find titania's totem decent and try to save it for thorn so i can keep drawing during the turn. also i fit in a gupp swarm or 2 just so i can sling shot a model upto 6" if i can manage to get a mask for leap. and have tried a madness and found it effective after using the challenges. im wanting to try out lilitu/lelu and/or a few rougarou when they get released so i can do a bunch of pounce atks. also plan on trying out a bunraku or tuco in my next game as i find that aeslin/titania cant do all the heavy lifting by themselves.
