Hey all, Had my first dreamer game last night with lots to learn, lost by 2VP. When it came to chompy, I felt like I could be overextending dreamer if I rush chompy in and then either choose, or am forced to bring dreamer back out - right in the thick of it. If things are looking bleak and chompy is on the ropes, can a daydream sac' itself to unbury the dreamer in relative safety (albeit slow)

So the Doppleganger is a regular in many many NB lists, yet I am yet to use it. So im wondering? What has been everyone's favourite mimic action? And what did you plan/manage to achieve with it?

I think that sums it up then, only one channel per action. The charge channel has been FAQd and you can channel, charge and get a positive to both Attacks, AND the horror duel as the positive is applied to all duel and damage flips for that action.

Condition removal with a +, such as burning, poison, blighted etc When a condition is removed from a model via an action, is the whole condition removed or just +1 of it?

Luna I struggle to get models painted quickly, so really happy that I've got this one done in one night considering that at 6pm, it was still on the sprue!

Yes, this is correct. lol, I did it myself during the last game, it was worth 3 bodyguard VP though so was worth it. something to consider though guys

Am I right in thinking that is Yu zeros the monk of many styles and picks up the ltd upgrade that Shenlong is carrying then he effectively strips Shenlong of his upgrade and stops his style exchange, as unlike Yu, Shenlong does not automatically collect the discarded upgrade?

A +1 for sensei Yu from me. Like already said, making pushing illuminated, Lynch or huggy and making them fast is incredible. Also, his 0 action disciple, means you can enhance you card cycling even more with an extra mulligan

Ah, so providing i am using mulligan etc to cycle my hand, I can keep my larger hand throughout the game, awesome!

Hey With the likelihood of Lynch (or any other card drawer) having 6+ cards, how does this follow into the next turn? Does the hand automatically shrink back to 6? Or can you keep your 7 or 8 cards in your hand but I guess with no discards?

So.......I fancy having a dabble with Shenlong. I'll obviously buy the crew box, but wondered what you guys suggested I buy alongside it to have a play around with? I know the crew will always depend on schemes, but to allow me to try and get to grips with the mechanics I could do with a core crew to start with. What do you reckon?

I've used him once in a lynch crew, so paid the mercenary tax on him too. I happened to start turn one with the red joker and a 13 in hand, LOS to Karina and one shotted her, no more summoning for Tara today. I was lucky with my hand, but I like the trigger options he brings, especially when you can influence your trigger through his zero action. An option to ignore incorporeal, armour or give slow is really nice. Especially when facing a crew with the hanged and Izamu regularly involved.
