  1. Insidious madness seems reasonable. Or any of the incorporeal woes. He kind fo reminds me of that painting The Scream and the old sorrows looked quite similar. Could be a different twist on the Bandersnatch if you changed the base, or some other dreamer thing with a bit of imagination.
  2. @Phinn - don't suppose you have an airbrush? I picked up a cheap one earlier in the year and I don't know how I ever painted large models without it. Just takes away all the hassle of laying down even coats over the whole thing and shading large areas. Obviously setting it up and cleaning take a bit of extra time, but on anything larger than a basic fig it's totally a time saver, especially if you use it for priming as well.
  3. It also eats up a lot of game time on flips, especially if randomisation is involved. Euripedes looks cool. I like how so many of his actions are simple duels with no damage flip, to help him get the most of his Olds Ways ability.
  4. Very nice. Love the strong reds and the hint of verdigris on the metal.
  5. Maybe there are conspiracy theories about them secrectly being good people and doing all this for the greater good. Nah, what idiot would believe that!
  6. And a few changeling proxies I felt would be more in theme.
  7. Avatar Lilith. Painted her up a while ago but forgot to photograph her as I was busy. Planning to use her as the Mysterious Emissary. EDIT: Not sure what is fogging up half of these photos. Might take some time to redo them later.
  8. I will sign up as an Enforcer! Really admired you guys for your dedication last year, so hopefully some of it rubs off!
  9. I ended up cancelling part of my last order from my usual supplier because it hadn't arrived after 6 months. Didn't especially bother me but could have been a killer if I was just getting into the game.
  10. Love the expression on the Marionette with the cup.
  11. Love how Karina is poised in that crevasse, really tells a story. Also love the dual faction OSL nod!
  12. Just be careful you have enough gym badges to control it at its new power level.
  13. Are they mostly relating to model assembly? I've had a few of those.
  14. I did a desert + boardwalks theme for my Guardsmen and gave Lucius a particularly fancy one. Then I based the Neverborn I thought he'd be using on plain desert bases. Gets kind of awkward when you're trying to do crew-themed bases as well but I've so far managed to not rebase Lucius himself. You've got that kind of water theme connecting your bases already, so I'd probably just do a variation on that for Lucius, maybe incorporate some brickwork or other flooring or something.
  15. Looking great. I'd recommend picking up a couple of those army painter colour rattlecans in green/yellow/brown colours to speed things up. Or bite the bullet and pick up a cheap airbrush/compressor if you can get one in Aldi or the like. Could you not keep the cork texture? It's fairly organic and makes for s nice playing surface
  16. Having the stream straight down the middle could also be kind of annoying for some schemes and strategies. Might be better to make a flat modular one you can reposition, although it won't look as good as one with proper depth.
  17. That actually looks like quite a lot to me. It'll seem more full when you have the colour down on the board. The lower right hand corner looks a bit empty, but I'd just redistribute stuff. Also, bear in mind terrain in the deployment zones tend to have much less impact on the game and LoS blocking pieces do more when placed centrally. Great stuff altogether.
  18. This is... even more confusing than I thought.
  19. I find it so weird that there are parts of the world where cider isn't so synonymous with apples that you have to specifically mention it.
