  1. There isn't a Guild Guard Captain anymore, at first I think people proxied him as a guild sergeant as his weapons marched that (Axe and Pistol). But then Wyrd made the plastic Lucius box which had a "Captain Dashel" who also had an Axe even though he had a Baton rulewise (like the old Drill Sergeant). So I guess you can use him as either as long as you make sure your opponent knows what it is.
  2. It's from the Through the Breach Female Multi-Part kit.
  3. Ritual Knife | Blood Infusion has changed from giving a Condition with the same text as the Black Blood Ability, to giving a Condition that in turn gives the Black Blood Ability.
  4. The link to the feed points to "http://mf2e.com/archive/www.mf2e.com/mf2e.xml" (giving a 404) instead of "http://www.mf2e.com/mf2e.xml" like I assume it's supposed to.
  5. A fair amount of time you know where the BJ is because you tried to do something important and already flipped it.
  6. As per General Timing (p 46) the Acting model's Abilities happen before those of other models, so Incorporeal would happen before World is Empty.
  7. My main objection was to it being an easy six "Good Shot, My Turn". Sure, it's going to be more worthwhile use of her AP than Brass Knuckles in more situations than before, but there are some hoops and resources involved in getting more than three per activation. Challenge the Crowd gives some flexibility in the being hit department since you can pick low cards if you want from a flip.
  8. Oh, you have added the Emissaries to wargamevault now, nice.
  9. Average SS prevention for a ~4.5 damage hit is ~1.86, so ~2.64 damage to Toni. Average for "Good Shot My Turn" is ~1.85 after Armour + 1. The Brass Knucke damage will most likely be on so more like ~1.5 after Armour +1. It also assumes that every single attack is going through, sure 7 vs 5 will hit most of the time (~68% before cheating IIRC), but it happening six times in a row is not nearly as likely (~10%, and if say you raise the hit chance per attack to 80% by some cheating, you are still only looking at 26% chance of all six hitting). As for "You looking at me?" I don't think the opponent is going to be that eager to hit Toni, he is definitely not going to cheat to hit Toni (at least not after first one...) and might even cheat to miss. And you'll have to win the initial Wp duel while spending stones/cards to get the mask for "Next!". All in all lots of effort for perhaps not that much reward. While this change made Toni more interesting it's not huge and does nothing outside the Ml vs Df scenario.
  10. For some reason I remembered Metal Gamin as being at the same time as Leveticus, but checking back they were made in November '15. So bad example.
  11. They've thrown in some errata cards in various decks, e.g. Generalist 2 contains Metal Gamin but not Leveticus cards. It feels more like filling out the print sheets than a concerted effort.
  12. For Nellie it's a Ca duel, for the enemy it's a Wp duel, so no bonus for Nellie. See the "Duel Stat Types" box on page 31/24.
  13. Yeah there are almost 70 Henchman models across the factions now. While they can the be the leader in small games, for the most part you just put them in your crew like other models. Some (most?/all? ) of the 1.5 Henchmen were made into Masters in M2E (e.g. Kaeris, Lucius, Von Schill).
  14. That was my thought as well when reading the new card, you just know someone will wonder exactly what "cancelled" is supposed to mean. The rulebook only uses cancel (and derivations) when talking about + , and Fast + Slow. @Aaron Perhaps you could sneak in a comment about AP on the card?
  15. You just need to time it to reshuffle between summons.
  16. What makes the damage unresistible? Because I assume you are talking about Black Blood Postule, which does 2 damage without any comments about ignoring armour/reduction, so a model with armour +1 or better would get only get 1 damage from each cast of BBP. --- Were people actually using focus on Austringers more than once in a blue moon? What I found annoying with them was standing behind blocking & impassable terrain and spamming their raptor, focusing would just make them randomise in engagements, so I guess now they are better if someone wants to focus to be able to cheat the damage. So in essence Austringers got buffed, because that was needed... A change that would actually make them feel reasonable would be to give them a minus to shooting if they don't have LoS, like Willie's Demo Charge.
  17. 17) If a model suffers 0 (zero) damage, does it count as having suffered damage? No. So no one get burning. As you pointed out Abuela did damage to Santiago, not the Witchling Stalker. 21) When shooting into an engagement, what if every model which would be randomized has a rule which states a card is not flipped for it? For example, if Santiago is shooting into an engagement between a friendly Family model and a Doppleganger and no other models are within 2"? If there are no models within 2" of the target (including the target) which may have a card flipped for them when shooting into an engagement, then the target is chosen normally without any randomization. And finally, if you don't randomise, randomisation related abilities doesn't come into play.
  18. While the execution of the original isn't great, I like that concept better. This new one looks too humanoid for my taste, too much like a guy in armour, the original is much more robot-y and that's how I see Lazarus. Fight the fleshbags! Also the way he holds the grenade launcher looks rather awkward. The art is much worse in that regard so the 3D artist did some work to save it but didn't quite get there in my opinion.
  19. Fire Gamin | Spit Magma has this trigger (and an reasonably easy to prevent 2/2/3 track). Volcanic Fury: After damaging, all models damaged by a from this Attack gain the Burning +1 Condition. Sonia | Flameburst has a similar wording for a trigger, but with 2/3/5 it's a bit harder to prevent unless you have armour or something as well. Consuming Flame: After damaging, all models damaged gain the Burning +1 Condition.
  20. Hans can kill it but it's pretty resource intensive if you want to do it at long range, first discard a , then cheat high enough to get a cheatable damage flip, finally cheat a severe for damage. Doing it at 18" is more reasonable as two weak will kill it after discarding a . Still, I think Hans is pretty expensive at 9 SS for this. Also, since Accomplice and Companion are really rare in Ressers you should have opportunities to attack either the Spirit or your favoured target while he is setting up his little huddle.
  21. Willie ignores armour and can whittle down the Graveyard Spirit (Grave Spirit is extradimensional horror that makes Tyrants get their brown pants) with at the same time. Joss ignores armour. Silent One for Ca without , excellent for sniping. Anyone with a push, Performer, The Captain.
  22. It doesn't in my Crossroads book, it's "After damaging" and it doesn't say "immediately" anywhere in its text either.
  23. That would have to be some crazy discounts. MSRP (manufacturer's suggested retail price) is $60 for the rulebook and $125 for an allegiance box, you get that for $99 in the kickstarter. Webstore discounts are typically 10-20% (so $166,5 - $148 for the champion pledge items) so I think the kickstarter is plenty of reward for backers and if I was more than marginally interested in TOS I would jump on the KS.
