  1. What you can do is take a Coryphee and Lazarus. Use laz to assimilate dance together and teleport him something up field. The shoot and be prompted. The usual.
  2. Uhh have you Read the trigger. All effects (damage etc) is applied to friendly nightmare as if it was the target. Do you for some reason think the dreamer and the target both suffer? Or that the dreamer suffers the attack and it's applied in which case he might be killed Before his trigger actually comes into play? Literally all you are doing is what the trigger tells you to do. So whether or not you believe me is pointless when it's right there written. Back tracking is a thing it happens. Since the fluid state of the game.
  3. I see it as follows Obey Cassy. Obeyed Cassy takes (1) understudy Obeyed Cassy casts prompt Prompted model does what obeyed Cassy tells it to. Since Cassy took the action to cause an action and is still under control of the obeyer. The chain of control never leaves the obeyer. Since understudy is not finalized till that prompt is. My thoughts. And how I will play it.
  4. Of course. Dreamers trigger is an "After succeeding" trigger so it would would take effect after damage and any other effects of the attack (slow poison etc) But since he is the defender his trigger would go before the attackers after succeeding/damaging trigger. What this means damage is flipped you can see if the black joker or the damage thst is flipped would kill or otherwise make dreamer a sad panda. After seeing all of the effects you can A: have dreamer suffer the effects of the attack. Or B: discard a card to let a nearby nightmare suffer the effects and any triggers. The damage that is flipped is not applied to the dreamer so it's not reduced by incorporeal. But if the nightmare it is passed on to has armor incorporeal etc the damge would be reduced before applied. Simplest terms you get to see what you are taking before applying it to dreamer or the nightmare. Cheers.
  5. Uhh no. Flight says takes no falling so it can fall all it wants. Nothing in the action leap or the ability incorporeal says immune to falling damage. Your "could argue" argument has no basis on anything. With your argument (1) Walk is not falling. The leap action is most certainly a move effect (action) So would do fall damage if applicable. Place is not a movement effect. So falling damage does not apply.
  6. Damage is flipped before you pass it off.
  7. You never said what never born crews aren't an uphill battle lol. But in that case lilitu with some Waldgeists. Make your own terrain and cover and have the speed and tricks to neutralize her crew.
  8. Freikorp. She can single target dps things but at that point you feel like a worse Perdita.
  9. Hey I'm not going to fight it. As I said I want the push and heal. So if no one disagrees then I'm certainly not going to.
  10. Except those actions say do (1) not (0) actions so they can't.
  11. What is utc+1? As in where is thst located. Aife note giving a time zone but when you are available does not help lol. That said I am free in an hour for the rest of the day. Its 1224 est at time of this post.
  12. Lol@ never. Flipside. If no action is taken no ability (ies) go off, trigger, motivate. Since nothing is providing the requirements for the ability to take effect. (Ie an action )
  13. I wouldn't say it is resolved till the action is taken or not. Mainly for the same reason when you walk in a terrifying models engagement range. Walk is over but other effects are happening before that action is resolved . My 2cents on that.
  14. Clearly don't have the book. On hand atm. Just remembered the dm since we'll reading from yesterday. Onryo is irrelevant. Since Pandora will never have them nor any Neverborn master. Lucius does walk actions or issue command. So leaves the alp. But then yes it's not an action. Why would misery effect it? I want it too but there is no reason why it should cept well wanting. And I like using you as a search engine . My phone has the wave 2 pdfs but looking is hard with out crtl f
  15. When a death marshal activates if something's in his box and he fails since no action was taken do you think he should take damage? Any other beginning of activation wp duels?
  16. What makes you take a wp duel that is not part of an action? Edit now searching for a duel st the start of a models activation that is WP.
  17. I personally want to play it as I get the push. But I don't read it that way. So thought I would ask the forum on their thoughts.
  18. Recalled Training: At the start of this model’s Activation, this model may discard this Upgrade to gain to all fips for the remainder of this Turn. The Howling Thunder: Once per Turn, a Friendly model within 6 which has an Upgrade discarded (or otherwise removed) from it may heal 2 damage and be pushed up to 3" in any direction after completing the current Action. Would the model that discards recalled training benefit from The Howling Thunder?
  19. That's why I run him (dm) right towards the enemy crew. Turn 3 he should make it turn 2 is setup for turn 3 (ie cover defensive etc) But after turn 3 either crews are dead depleted or not near him so papa works on objectives.
  20. Q: A model with the Incorporeal Ability ignores terrain when it moves. If it is on the ground floor of a building which is 10” tall, can it end its move on top of the building, even if its Wk stat is less than 10, since it ignores the building while moving? Same question for a model with Flight in regards to vertical terrain. A: No. Although measurements in Malifaux are generally made from a top down view, vertical distances are measured while moving a model (see pg. 42 of the rulebook, Movement & Terrain). If the model with Incorporeal ends its move on top of the 10” tall building, it would have moved 10” and, unless it has a Wk of 10 or greater, this is not a legal move. However, if the Incorporeal model has a sufficient Wk stat to complete the move, it would be able to end the move on top of the terrain, ignoring the usual rules for climbing, etc. Flight works similarly, except in the case of Enclosed terrain (see Enclosed terrain, rulebook pg. 60). Leap ignores terrain So this applys. So to answer your question no. But if there was a ht 2+ building/terrain feature you could leap onto it (subtracting the vertical distance from the movement) then continue the leap by falling off to take damage. Leap is not a jump (no such thing exists anymore) contrary to its name.
  21. Why does Collodi want focus? His attack has a built in to damage. It's ca 7. And has 2/3/4 profile. I guess if you digging for a suit. I guess..... And defensive he has run away from home. Built in. So that I can see slightly more But when everything is slow or has no ap why do you need it lol. Summoning effigies is cool. But meh. I like passing focus or defensive to my minions. Dance puppets dance.
  22. I would also accept a neverborn/outcast. With mimic and lost characteristic. Named Mr. Cellophane. Has to be incorporeal, cause you can look right though him walk right by him and never even know he was there.
  23. I don't wanna I want to burn cards I don't need So any ways ..... I keep forgetting to mention lady j. Having a when charging makes her more super deadly Oh and my last two games I tied vs Marcus when Sonnia got eaten by a giant 3 headed cat. After I failed to kill it with Sonnia. And my last game Sonnia killed 2 models a trapper and a nothing beast. So me winning or losing is really based of my whole crews performance
