I did pick up puppet wars a couple weeks ago. that has been a lot of work, but the game is tons of fun so I don't mind. The factory 50mm base in the middle will be used for Miss Step. Lucas and his Relic Hunters will be placed on the cobblestones, new Lady Justice crew will feature cemetery bases and new Ortegas (once they're released) will be put on wasteland bases. I also think I'll get Sonnia's crew when it's released and mystic bases should work well with her. I used to go with the same style of bases for the whole faction but in the end I decided to use more themed bases as they can nicely emphasize the character of a crew. I hope you post them up when they're painted up Just got these guys: A friend at work bought a battle box with these and another set so he sold these ones to me cheap Cheap minis for the wiiiin. I've assambled Shikome and Bakeneko (shapeshifter catwoman) and I've just put my cameras batteries to charge so I can post some pics here later. I'm going to use shikomes from that kickstarter to proxy my own for Marcuses crew, but not without some of conversion first to make them look more Malifauxy. I've got pledges to get special characters, Hell & Earth creatures and Hell & Earth wizards. Most of the non-generic units for the game are really great looking with great detail and charcterful facial expressions. I only play skirmish games, so I'm very pleased to see that miniature wargames have such detailed minis and I don't know fluff behind this minis except the folklore I've googled before pledging for these beautiful japanese styled fantasy creature miniatures. Wyrd GenCon order: M2E, the Arsenal boxes (all of 'em), Nightmare Tara, the Seamus Box, the Lilith Box, the Viktoria Box, the Rasputina Box... and the new Coloring Book! from Crossover Miniatures: Dr. E-Vil, Everest, Fury, The Defender, Whiskers, and a Unit of the Para Goons. (starting a Mutants and Masterminds rpg with friends) And just finished ordering a few more Old West Heroic buildings from Sarissa to finish my Western/Mining town board for Demos... Thinking of buying a second Rasputina to paint red and switch out Sorscha *grin* Everyone would be jealous of my rare alt. Dark Debts Pandora 3 Sorrows Poltergeist Baby Kade Teddy Candy Doppleganger 2 Beckoners 3 Oiran Kaeris I know Kaeris and the Oiran are a tad out of place. The Oiran are because I'm going to pre-order the new Vik set when I am able, and Kaeris because it's a neat model and I wanted to use her until I found out she's not M2E yet.
