The thing I find myself wondering is: " wouldn't they look/fit better on a 40mm base?" rulewise it wouldn't change that much and I think it would give them a better presence. You can kind of line them up with each other to see they're all on the same size. The kneeling one looks a little large because of the coat, I think.
